"hey girly, we're here!"
"okay coming" I'm sure you already know I was meeting with Cassie and a few others.. we were all going to a party so I wore a skin tight black dress and I braided my hair, with shiny high heels.
10 minutes before they got there I sent rue a picture of my outfit. She facetimes me immediately and our conversation was-
"yeah there's no fucking way your going out
like that."
"pleaseeee"
"nooo.."
"well.. if you let me wear this I'll let you... uh i don't know whatever you want"
"I know exactly what I want"
"is that so.." she grins at me for second then starts a new conversation.
"hey, you talk to Jules.. she's been out of town for awhile with some old friends"
"uh no I haven't, you try calling her?"
"yeah.. I'm sure she'll be alright."
"yeah, she is rue dont worry baby"
"Naveah?"
"what's up?"
"I uh I know we just got together but it feels like I've knew you for fucking ever" she rolls over on her bed *still on FaceTime*
"okay?.."
"I love you.. like inlo-inlove with you.. god I sound so stupid"
I look at the phone and just freeze for a few..
"rue.. I love you too."I felt kinda scared to say that but I didn't even show it, she made me feel completely different from everyone else. That's when I got a text from Cassie telling me she was outside.
"uh i have to go. Cas is here"
"uh okay...yeah..have fun I love you"
"I love you more, bye rueee" I hang up feeling really happy. I check my outfit one more time before I see Cassie outside. I step out of my room seeing my mom standing there.
"uh, hey mom what's up"
"hi hun. You remember I had to tell you something a couple days ago.. well I got this new job about 48 hours away. Your sister will still take care of you but your grandma will be making sure you guys are okay since she lives next door"
"aww mom.. I'm not upset at all. I'm so proud of you!!! I can't wait to see grandma again ever since shes moved back!" I've never seen my mom smile so hard after I said that. We've been way better then a year ago.
I leave out the door seeing Cassie, maddy and kat
"damn bitch you look hot!!!"
"okayy I see you!"i laugh at them and ask wheres lex, they tell me she didn't feel so good so she stayed home.
"soo like I heard you and rue date.. she let you leave the house like that?"
"I had to convince her on something but other then that yeah"
They all looked at eachother in surprised.
"oh yeah y'all definitely fucking after tonight."
Maddy seemed pretty chill I haven't really talked to her other then saying hey to her in the hallways. I told her i was sorry that I never told anyone what I saw Nate do to her. She said everything was all good and we were chill.
We arrive at this one girls part thatt maddy knew. It was pretty cool. Purple lights and flashing lights every now and then.
