He's going to be okay, from what they are saying. Apparently it's just a mini coma and he should wake up b tomorrow sometime. Don't worry, I'll stay with him.

Hey Dean. I'm still with Cas.I havn't left his side all day His breathing is really slow... It's scary. The nurse says it is fine but it still worries me.God, I should have came home earlier. What would drive him to do this? God damnit Cas! He looks so peaceful.
Sam reached up and gently rubbed his thumb across Castiel's smooth cheek.
