PARALLEL UNIVERSE DOES EXIST

I unconsciously smiled while staring at this piece of paper plane, containing words that I played and turned into poems.

"Geez, at the age of 16 gumagawa ka pa rin niyan? Eww! isip bata," wika ng kung sino.

I just grinned goofily at them. And as I expected, their eyebrows narrowed and rolled their eyes before turning their back on me. I could still hear them, mumbling words while walking their way out of our classroom.

"Baliw talaga, kaya walang kaibigan eh."

"Eh kasi nga scientist parents niya 'di ba? Kaya siguro nagkaganiyan na ang kanyang pag-iisip. Kaso balita ko ulila na siya baka kaya lalong lumala ang sapak, so sad."

I clenched my fists as I heaved a deep sigh, controlling my raging anger. I ran passed them, leaving a pat on the shoulder of one of them. I stopped from my track and turned to look at them.

Suddenly, their eyes were fixated at me. Staring with a puzzled look from what I've done. "Chika well tungkol sa akin! Have a fucking day you both deserve!" and by that, I continued to run away.

Tumigil lamang ako sa pagtakbo nang marating ang isang malawak na lugar. Walang ni-isang bahay o gusali ang nakatayo, puro puno at kagandahan lamang ng kalikasan ang tanging makikita.

" I hope you can
sleep tight,
without minding
this gloomy
night. "

Napangiti ako matapos basahin ang simpleng tula sa papel na ginawa kong eroplano.

My parents said that there's another world aside from where we're living. Same surroundings, but different in time, force and other scientifical matters. That world is called The Parallel Universe.

"Fly high my paper plane," I whisphered in nothingness. And there, the cold breeze of wind began to take my plane away.

"Thank you," said by this boy beside me.

I put my gazed to him who's smiling, staring at this vast ocean in front of us.

"Thank you for what?" I asked.

I was about to ask more things but then everything in our surrounding changed. There's this black thing that's getting bigger and bigger and it's coming towards where we at.

"K-kyron?" I called out his name.

"Shh, don't worry. Just close your eyes, everything's okay."

---Napabalikwas ako sa pagkakahiga, hingal na hingal ako at walang humpay sa pagkabog ang puso dahil sa kabang naramdaman.

"Ano kayang ibig sabihin ng mga panaginip ko?" tanong ko sa sarili.

I have been dreaming of weird scenarios since I was a kid. Ano bang kinalaman ng mga panaginip na iyon sa pagkatao ko?

I wiped my tears off, when the scenarios began to flashed in my mind again. Kyron, I felt his touched when he snaked his arms. I felt eveything, even the loud beatings of my heart whenever I'm with him.

" still wondering where you are
or what you're doin'
so i decided
to put my gazed above.
thinking that, atleast,
we have the same stars
to stare at. "

After reading my poem, I once again made my paper plane fly away.

"Uy tignan mo oh, si Raine nagpapalipad na naman ng eroplano!" wika ng isang babae sa likuran ko.
