In order to keep everything as it should be. The enemy's high-rank command HQ and military ministry always hire an organized, except an old administrator to be in charge of its bases in [ Your country ] states.

The main base within the targeted Orange Zone is like any others. It has its own administrator who is in this moment preparing his usual reports, totally clueless about what's going on outside his office walls.
