Since Kane's extensive message of rebellion which has reached the far borders of Rio's slums has been spoken out, approximately 2 hours passed, and nothing has happened which reflects how the people of Rio have reacted to his sacred call of insurrection. After patiently waiting for all this time, Y/n has gotten enough of this " Wasting of time shit " and he could no longer wait for any responds by them. Based on that, Y/n left the radio-station immediately, and by the force of his wings, he headed towards the last remained administration center which is located in the far south of the mission's filed.

After a short flight-trip above the fallen structures of the city's buildings and below the clouds of the sky, Y/n has caught the center within his eyes' field of sight from a far, and it was a bit..... Special.

Unlike all the previous targets, the southern center has been secured with a high level of security which is represented in various forms.

The first security-form is represented in a long and solid wall which surrounds the entire center, preventing anything from getting closer to it.

The second security-form is represented in 16 towering, anti-infantry towers with a dangerously high rate of shooting, 4 towers in each direction.
