By combining what He has learned so far from Dr Bard's info documents, all together. Y/n came up with a strong possibility.

Could the floor possibly be Despoina-project's Guy ?

This conclusion was being formed by two points which are the following ones :

1/ The floor is able to command, control, and manipulates various versions of the Bio-Viruses' creations exactly like Despoina-project would be able to do, according to what " The Hive Mind " Document says

2/  The entire 3rd floor looks so close like the inside of a living creature, which that is a powerful, prospected deed from Despoina-project since his body does not stop growing, and its limits of growth are unidentified, or possibly limitless .

With these two points side by side with what it was told about the infected one that tried to set Despoina-project free from its containment prison by the tortured one's very command.  Another questions formed within Y/n's head.

Could it be that Despoina-project is the one behind the outbreak in the Center ? 

Is it possible that he managed in freeing himself from the capsule, and because of that, his supplies of the anaesthetic was being cut which that had allowed his body to grow enough to the point of covering the entire 3rd ? 

Well, soon everything will be clear 

Even with all these knowledge been learned so far. The amount isn't enough to answer any of the main questions or even to assure any of Y/n's hypotheses. More need to be known.
