As much as it's unbelievably unexpected, it's unfortunately true. Colonel marco has miraculously survived everything that Y/n has done to him, as well as surviving his own battleship's explosion, and he has returned to have his personal vengeance. 

Colonel marco : " Hope you aren't disappointed because of that . . . . Oh! wait, of course you are * Laughs *  Hahahahahaha * Take a deep breath * Phew ! I haven't laughed like this for so long. It's really a nice thing to be able to feel joy again "

Due to the countless assaults performed by Y/n during the several passed years when he was still able to use his powers, Marco has had grow worry from everyone around him, as he started to become less social with the others and even with his own brother with each base gets attacked.  After Marco has reached a certain limit of insularity which is resulted from the fear of being tricked by Y/n at any moment while been hidden under anyone's face, He ordered for some security procedures to be applied in order to ensure his safety, and one of those procedures plays a great part in his surviving.
