It goes without saying that it is not a wise idea to begin any troubles that may escalate into a brutal war with the forgotten tribes, especially when Nod is still in the process of being revived. Obviously, my only option is to talk to them civilly about Marcion and attempt to reach a compromise with them.....Let's hope things will go smoothly, as no blood has to be squandered.

Y/n : " I believe I should attempt to negotiate a deal with them first. Perhaps resorting to violence becomes an option if they won't listen. " 

Kane : " Understood, then allow me to call Emma for you "

Y/n : { Emma ? Who could that be ? }

Kane hit a button on his console that would call "Emma," as she is known.

 Kane : " Ah! here you're "

Moments later, a young woman with short black hair and an asian-like figure has entered the room with respectful manners.

Emma : " * Salutes * Your orders, Sir ! "

Kane : " Speaking with our... ancient pals is what our messenger requests. So, why don't you be a sweetheart and take him to where you last saw them, ha?... But how about your introduce yourself to him first? " 

Emma smiled at him before she nods then approaches me.

Emma : " It's a great honor to be your partner in a mission, messenger. I'm Emma, an elite Nod driver and a scouter, at your service. "

She saluted me and then introduced herself in a calm and courteous manner. I removed my mask in the same manner that one would remove their hat before speaking to her since it would be impolite to respond to her incivility.

: Maskless Y/n :

Y/n : " It's honor to have a skillful partner such as yourself, Emma. My name is Y/n; the Infamous one and... You know, I'm the messenger of Nod too "

[ Author's pov ] 

The room was silent for a split second as he removed his mask to expose his face, leaving her speechless as she stared at him in astonishment. On the other hand, her eyes and face have responded instead.

: Emma :

" * Blushing * "

Y/n [ Confused ] : " . . . . Are you . . . Alright ? "

When he asked her if anything was wrong, she stayed silent since she was too caught up in her emotions to speak until Kane stepped in.

Kane : " Emma ? "

Emma : " * Returns * Oh! M-My apologies, yours tateliness. I've.... I was just carried away by * Blushes a bit more *.... " 

She was too embarrassed to say "Why," as her face got more red the longer she thought about it. However, Kane saved her from such a situation.

Kane : " No need to say a word..... * Slowly turns to Y/n * I could say what's wrong. "

Y/n : " * Looks at Kane & Emma * Sh-Shut up! " 

Kane : " * Smiles * Sorry, Sorry. I mean no disrespect, tho I've never understood the feelings of the youngs since I had other things to think about in the past "

Y/n : { Who the hell is he calling young? I'm literally more than 500 years old.... Oh! Wait a sec, I can't age anymore. }

Kane : " Anyway, let's set this aside as we have more pressing tasks to accomplish. If you're going to begin the mission, I advise you to do it immediately since the longer you delay, the less likely it is that we will be able to capture Marcion. " 

Then Y/n & Emma left his room, to head towards the place where Marcion was captured.

Kane : " . . . . . * Smiles * Ha! Young love (❤) "
