[ Time skip, 28 minute later ]

After nearly half an hour since the destruction of GDI's western administering center, the news of what has happened in there have quickly spread around the region till they've reached the ears of the forsaken ones . . . . . The ones whom the flames of insurrection will ignite the fire of revenge and hatred towards GDI and its existence within their hearts and souls. 

[ Meanwhile somewhere in the city ]

Somewhere within the ruins of the fallen city, and away from GDI's watchful eyes. The very home of those who the world no longer knows about their existence and doesn't even care if they do, lays hidden within the layers of the cracked ground which once millions of feet have walked on it. Under Rio's ground and exactly in the old tunnels of the subways, hundreds of people live a miserable life away from the danger that lurk on surface, and away from the tyranny of who the world wants everyone to be convinced that they're the heroes. 

The life down there suffers from a sharp lack of the simplest living-conditions, as many of those downtrodden who live in such a place die every month just by hunger only, regardless of what the other reasons such as sickness, poverty . . . Ect,  take . . . Like it has already been said, those forsaken ones have nothing to live with it, down there . . . . . But their anger. The anger which it will soon get evolve to a wave of an inferno rage that will consume whatever it stands in its way, however that destructive wave require a very clear message to be unleashed, as the destruction of a single center wasn't enough for them to understand the hidden message which that act carries, as they think of what has happened to that center as just a rumor or a bloody accident more than a call by the brothahood . . . . . A call by the prophet himself . . . Yet soon, the call will be heard . . . And obied.
