"Hey Jake!" Daisy walks up to him as he was shoving his books into his lockers when made daisy concerned for him and his incoming grades "O-oh hey daisy!" He blushed brightly at daisy's comment, which made daisy think "is he shy? But he is always outgoing when I comes to his friends.." she thought with a hint of sadness but it was mostly confusion for her "hey Jake, can I ask you a question?" Ask asked tilting her head a bit to the side with one eye brown slightly raised up "huh? O-oh sure!" Jake said, his blush became brighter on the inside he was dyeing inside, daisy was in-front of him and he couldn't even speak, "this was way better when I was practicing talking to the mirror." Jake thought as he knew he was blushing too hard "why do you blush around me?, Are you shy? But I always see you laughing and talking to your friends with not even a single trace of blush" she asked to Jake getting closer to him "Oh uhm well you see..I like this girl!" Jake finally thought after all the hesitation he gathered up from that question "what does that have to with anything?" Daisy got even closer,

She just didn't want to be a burden to Jake making him shy when he can be so much better around his other friends "Well she looks exactly like you! And I love her so much.." Jake says mesmerized by his own answer, the blush on his face turned into a light tint of pink on his cheeks "oh..what does she look like?" She didn't know but it made her sad, She didn't know why. Her mind of playing her in some way. "Silky cream colored hair, blue oceans for eyes  and she looks so wonderful.."  Jake kept going on about her like he was talking about another person but he was talking about the person who was in-front of him a little too close to him, every compliment he added about her made her more and more sad

"Oh sorry, For rambling daisy! I cant help it" Jake finally says as he realized he was rambling about the person in-front of him took much "if I look like her that much, why don't you just date me?" She blurted out loud to Jake who was looks at her his were were as big as two big plates he slowly turned more and more pink while daisy did a bit too, but it was the truth. "I..Jake I like you more than a friend, I know you don't see me like that and see me as a burden but I can't help it, you talking about a other girl when I'm around why makes me sadder and sadder. So please..like me back?" She says her eyes were getting glossy, they were late to class but this was way more important "daisy..I was talking about you to whole time, I loved you ever since middle school, it surprised me that you even like me..."  Jake smiled at her awkwardly trying to avoid eye contact, he never thought this would happen he never planned for this. It was like he was in a dream..

And that's when Jake did it, He kissed daisy on her bubblegum colored lips, while he kissed her he would tell she used cherry chapstick. He thought it was weird for him to think about daisy's flavored chapstick while he was kissing the girl of his dreams, but he didn't care he just tasted more and more of it, Daisy was shocked by the his but she melted into it his lips tasted lip strawberries she didn't know if it was his chapstick or if it was natural, but it tasted like one of her favorite desserts, strawberry shortcake. But she mostly loved the strawberry on top. People didn't understand why she liked to strawberry in top but now there was a reason, it tasted like her new boyfriends lips.
