"Lia, Adeline Come here!" Henry shouted in his own house, he was excited because he found the stuff he had in his locker in 11th grade when it was the last year of high school and they had to clean out their lockers. Since that day he never looked back on the things because he thought it was random school worksheets who were over due. But now he wanted to go over it, even though he knew it was going to be his school stuff there was no harm is looking over on it.

"Daddy!" Adeline jumped with joy as he hugged her father, Adeline had fully back hair she had mixed skin was like silky milk chocolate, with brown eyes. Everyone would say She mostly looked like Lia instead of Henry but Henry didn't mind because they were both beautiful "yes Henry? Need something?" Lia says walking to Henry, She was in the basement cleaning that was how Henry found his belongings

"Come look at my old locker stuffings!" Henry says flipping one paper up seeing what it is "I bet it's just missing homework and love letters to me, I miss those days" she sighed in joy looking at Henry again "it took be so long to make you say yes" Henry laughed with a huge smile on his face, he was relived she said yes that day of he couldn't meet the person of his dreams..or so he thought.

Henry flipped through the stack on paper all of them looking like missed worksheets suddenly something got Henry's eye "I guess it's just unfinished worksheets" Lia shrugged and when she was about to go back to the basement Henry called her name "Lia!, I found something!" Henry grinned at her pulling her arm back to go to her original position "huh? It's a letter, and it's pink.." she asked confused "Oo pink my favorite color!" Adeline says with a smile she was on the couch right now staring at the pink envelope sealed with a red heart sticker "it looks like a love letter?, did you give it to me?" Henry said looking at Lia with one eyebrow raised

"No..I was too stubborn at that time, we only started dating when we caught up after a few years after that. And who would like you before you were uh you know " she answered him nervously don't wanting to say what she wanted to say because she thought Henry would get offended "nah is fine, but I don't know anyone who would like me in high school." Henry said, this raised his confusion and curiousness so finally he opened it out all the people inside the rooms curiosity, Henry mumbled out words with his cheeks becoming a pink tint while he was reading

At the end of the paper it was signed by the person he never thought who would like him, Liam. His best friend since middle to high school also were still friends now. "Huh?!" He explained out loud to his family "huh what is it?!" "What is it daddy?" They both spoke in sync "I'll read it to you." Henry said, there was a tint of sadness in his voice it was like was picked the wrong choice. "Wait a minute why are you sad?, do you like them better than me?" She rose a eyebrow and her frown looking slightly annoyed with him "it's not like that! It's just I don't know..like I picked the wrong choice" he confessed not daring to look at his wife "just read it to me." Lia said in a furious tone to make Henry quickly pick up the paper and start reading from the beginning of the letter

To Henry,         
Hey Henry, I know this is weird of me to do this but I wanted to confess this to you at the end of high school because I'm too stupid to see your face when look look at the letter. I don't know when you see this letter but it's always going to be the same because I'll always love you no matter what. I know you like Lia and have a crush on her but I've liked you since middle school and I hope you choose me in the end give me a call when you can give me your answer.

It was short but all of the family looked at the letter surprised "Woww" Adeline said in amazement almost looking there there were stars in her eyes "I..Don't know what to say..." Lia uttered he never knew someone like Liam who always wanted a girl friend and hitter in every girl liked a guy "I'll be right back." Henry was still in shock but he calmed down slightly. Henry quickly got up and went to their main bed room where they slept as a family and locked the door to seem like he wanted no one the enter it.

"Hey Liam." Henry says when Liam answered his call "oh hey Henry! Need something? If you want I can get you something form the grocery store I'm there right now picking up a few things" Liam spoke to his there were rustling and people talking in the back round so he knew Liam was around other people but he still spoke about his letter "remember the letter you gave me in high school on the last day?" Henry said over the phone, he wanted to see what was Liam's expression when he thought about the topic
"Oh that thing? It was a old high school crush it's nothing like you can go a date me right now your married with a child" Liam chuckled slightly over the phone, Liam was in his mid 30's he lived in a apartment and he worked as a realistate agent

"Oh, well I wanted to tell you...I love you too." Henry said quietly but Liam could still understand what he was saying "HUH-" Liam shouted through the phone with a surprised tone it was addmidiatly cut off by Henry and he put when phone in his pocket and softly smiled at himself, proud of himself.
