Chapter Eight : Neon the Tracker

Seinah's POV

     Smiling like and Idiot.

     Yan ang sinalubong ni Neon sa amin. Matangkad lang sya ng kaunti sa akin, maputi, palibhasa'y may lahing americano, magulo ang buhok, well style na nya iyon, he has a cute, childish and friendly aura, as usual. It took him 9 minutes to arrive in our office, naka jagger jeans, shirt, at rubber shoes lang sya, his hair is messy as usual and he's holding his large briefcase and backpack.

     "Team, meet Neon, my tracker, Neon, meet the team" walang kwentang sabi ko at ininom ang canned coffee na hawak ko, medyo masama talaga ang mood ko kapag inaantok na ako,

     "Hi team! Hi bab---" naputol ito sa pagsasalita ng batuhin ko sya ng walang laman na bote ng tubig, nakangiwi naman itong iniwasan ni Neon,

     "Antok ka na no?" Pang-aasar pa nito, tumango nalang ako bilang sagot, pagkatapos ay tinuro ko ang dining table na nasa harap ko,

     "Feel free to set-up your baby and find some CCTV footages for us" I told him, he smiled and mumbled 'sure' at nilapag na ang malaking briefcase nya sa lamesa at ipinatong ang backpack sa isa sa mga upuan, naka-abang ang lahat malaban kay dad chief na umuwi na ng bahay, it's near midnight already at ako ang ang pauwi sa kanya, while Shien and the others insist to stay,

     Napa-whoa ang lahat ng bumungad sa kanila ang laman ng briefcase ni Neon. He took out three laptop, a screen that is as big as the briefcase. Habang tumayo naman ako at kinuha ang laptop ko sa table, pag katapos ay dumiretso ako sa pintuan ng office para i-lock ang pinto atsaka umupo sa tabi ni Neon.

     "Who, are you?" Shien asked, I smirked,

     "Napoleon 'Neon' Gutierrez. 26 years old. He studied information technology and criminology. He graduated elementary in age of ten, and graduated highschool in age of thirteen that's why. He's a computer freak and, my bestfriend" I told them, napangiwi naman si Neon sa sinabi ko, he doesn't like it kapag sa ganoong paraan ko sya pinapakilala,

     "It's Neon, don't mind the Napeleon, I'm Neon and nice to meet y'all" nakangiti nitong sabi,

     "I'm Stemly" sabi naman ni kuya Stemly habang binuksan ko naman ang laptop ko, "And this is Garen, Shien, Seth, Jin, and Xean, we're violent crimes unit two"

     "Nice to meet y'all" sabi ni Neon at muli itong ngumiti, minsan talaga ang sarap nyang sampalin kangingiti nya,

     "Let's get to work, open your personal laptops" I told them while opening my laptop,

     "Okay! What do you want me to do?" Tanong ni Neon habang binubuksan ang laptops nya, ang iba naman ay kinuha ang laptops nito at nagtabi-tabi ng upo,

     "I need CCTV footages" I said as I tell him the adress, "They will analyze it, while you trace this phone numbers and let me use your database" sabi ko, napatango-tango naman si Neon,

     "Feel free to use it then, while I'll save the footages in an USB and give 'em to you, give me 15 mins" sabi nya at sinuot ang salamin, pagkatapos ay nagsimula na itong mag tipa, ako din ay nagsimula na,

     Napoleon Gutierrez is my father's godson. Matalik na kaibigan nya si Tito Lino. They are partners back then, when they're working on my lolo's company. Bata pa lang kami ni Neon ay pilit na kaming pinagsusundo ng magulang namin, we become close but as bestfriends. He studied information technology and two-year business management course in US and studied criminology with me, pero wala talaga syang hilig sa pagpu-pulis kaya naman kasalukuyan syang nagtratrabaho sa kompanya ng ama. He's good in computers, he's six year old ng matuto syang maghack, he build his own secured database that you can't even imagine. Daig nya pa ang digital forensics, he can dig informations about you in just a tap. Sa kanya din ako natuto tungkol sa mga computers, but with his database that is connected to Goverment agencies, it will be easier.
