We said goodbye to Lord John and I thanked him for his kindness and protection of Eilidh.
"It's okay Mistress Fraser," he smiled and he took my hand. "I give you all mine blessings for the future,"
"Thank you," I laid mine hand on his and then turned around to walk the gangway to enter the ship.
I saw Jamie talk to Lord John and I saw them both smile.
Eilidh stood next to me and took my hand.
She said nothing but her presence was calming. After the bath yesterday I had fallen asleep in the arms of Jamie and had woken up this morning still in his arms and still with his lips on the top of my head.
Jamie walked up the gangway and took me in his arms together with Eilidh. I felt guilty towards him and Michael. For them it was also a big thing for them but beside last night I never asked how they where.
Michael stood with Arabella and Fergus on the deck watching the landcrew releasing the boat from the harbour.
I make myself loose from Jamie and walked towards Michael.
"Michael?" I asked carefully and he turnend around.
"Auntie Greer?" He asked with a soft smile.
"How are you?" I asked him and his smile dropped.
"A'm braw. Aye hae nightmares, bit A'm glad A'm 'ere wi' ye a'," he answered honestly but I saw the 14 year old held something back.
"I'm here if you want to talk," I said to him and he nodded.
"Aye," he smiled and quickly gave me a hug. "Thank ye auntie Skye," he whispered and I pulled him closer to me.
"Always," I couldn't press a kiss on his hair because he was as tall as me. so instead I pressed a kiss on his forehead. I smiled at Arabella and Fergus who smiled back and I walked again towards Jamie.
"You saw it yesterday didn't you?" I asked him and he turned around a bit green even tho we where only a few metres away from the harbour.
"Whit?" He asked a bit puzzled.
"This." I guided his hands towards mine belly which had grew a bit and he bit his lip.
"Aye," he nodded and he tried to hide his smile in which he failed. "We kin be sure noo,"
"Yes Jamie. We can be sure now," I smiled warmly and before he said anything he turned around and threw up over the side again. "I'm supposed to have a morningsickness." I joked and he turned around again whiping his face off.
"Dae yi'll waant tae tak' it ower?" He asked teasingly and I shook my head.
"No thank you, I had my fair share with Eilidh there," I nodded in the direction of our oldest daughter. "Hopefully this time I'm spared," I laid my hand on the small bubble under the dress. "Two months and this big already," I mumbled under my breath.
"Hmh," Jamie looked at me and then at my stomach. "Tis a guid sign richt?" he asked and I nodded.
"Maybe it's because of my third pregnancy. I can't recall if I was this big when I was pregnant with Eilidh around this time." I shook my shoulders. "We shall see,"
"Indeed Mò Ghràdh." He pressed me near him. "We shall see."
