quick notes!

all of these characters are rightfully owned by Hajime Isayama, as i only own [Y/N].

please take into account that these main characters are above the age of 18, around 19.

also so you know, this story goes kinda fast, and it wont take awhile for some things to happen, ifykyk.

this is a modern au setting, and does not involve the normal plot of attack on titan.

y/n goes by she/her, and i'm sorry if this doesn't apply to you!
this story is also friendly for every race, no "pale skin" or "her cheeks turned red" bs :))

without any further ado, lets go ahead!

Drink. After drink. After drink. Maybe not full of alcohol, but it had the perfect ratio to make me feel good about myself, and feel like myself.

It was a night of seclusion. The dimmed stars still shined through the towering clouds. The wind was rough, swaying the small trees side-to-side, with garbage tossed around the streets.

I stared out the window, with my elbow against the ledge. I could see as my breath left smudges and faint condensation against the cold glass.
I wiped it away, just to see the beaming, colourful lights in the reflection.
The blaring music agonized my ears, I could barely hear the people around me, let alone my thoughts.

"Make me, your's.." I heard the speakers boom out. Laughs and screams mixed with different voices came from all directions around me, every side, every way I looked.

I kept my way on the side away from everyone, as I lay my lips on my almost empty glass. The ice clinked against the cup, while I tilted it upon my face, letting the rest of the tinted liquid flow down and into my mouth.

I let the last drop fall into my open mouth as I push my chair out and away from me.
I stand up and begin to walk my way over to the railing and look down above all the others.

It was crowded around the stage, while a small band was beginning to set themselves up. I would've never imagined a band playing here, especially one that I've never even heard of.

I was planning on going home at this point, but maybe I should just give this band a chance before I do, to see how good they are.
I heard the mic get set up as the current music faded, all the voices getting quiet.

I glanced, at a tall, muscular man with a soft mullet. I watched him walk his way up the stage to check if the mic was working, most likely the vocalist.

He let out a small laugh as his drummer made a funny remark, even though I was unable to hear it. His head fell, but he swung it back up with a large smile on his face. A strand of hair fell down and infront of his eyes, just for him to tuck it away.

"So, uh.." the man says, with an intense voice.
Depending on this voice, it can't be that good...

I let out a heavy sigh, as I begin to walk my way down the stairs.
Step by step, I walked down the quiet stairwell. There was no point to stay for this if it wasn't gonna be any good in the first place.

The drums were being hit, and the guitar was being played. I didn't bother to stay at this point, until, I heard his voice.

His voice caught me by surprise.
For someone with such an intense, low voice, to be able to sing like that, requires loads of talent.
