2. Birthday- unexpected events

AUTHOR'S POV

With the melodic sound of chirping birds and the sunlight hitting on the face of Park family's only daughter, a seventeen years old girl wakes up named, PARK Y/N.

The true definition of perfection had both beauty and brain but what stopped her from being arrogant was her kind heart and cheerful behaviour which soothed people, making them involuntarily fell in love with her.

Growing up with care she knew that for a middle-class family money had to earned for a living. She couldn't always depend on her parents or sibling for her supplies. Thus, she started studying hard from a very young age and her beauty was genetical inheritance from her parents but she just avoided wearing expensive dresses and accessories.

Y/N's birthday was just three days away and since the break was given to the students before leveling up in the final semester she planned to celebrate her 18th birthday with her family in her hometown, Busan.

But a person was missing out who was her older brother, Park Jimin. He had to prepare for an important meeting which caused him to skip his beloved sister's birthday.

Two days before her birthday she was in her casuals helping her mother in cleaning. After doing the daily household she went to buy groceries when she noticed that a bunch of black-suited men were waiting outside a cafe with loaded guns and a dazzling black limo. Strangely, paparazzi were circling around the windows and the main entrance.

Even the people passing by were surprised at the sight that how could the famous cafe in whole Busan got reserved for a single person?

Then Y/N saw a staff coming out from the back-door of the cafe with shivering hands which made her curious. She went towards him and tapped his shoulder.

" Excuse me, who's inside the cafe?"

" Looks like you are new here"

She chuckled and thought to herself that although she was born in Busan but she got her education in Seoul while staying at the dome.

"Well, the person you are referring to is the most powerful person of Busan. His one signal could make anyone see the hell or even worse than that, that's why I couldn't stop shaking right now. "

She thought it was all nonsense that he told her right now, how can someone be so scared of a single human being who breaths the same air as you but when she saw him gulping a lump of his saliva she doubted that maybe this person was indeed that much of an influence.

"I need to go back to serve him, right now or I might lose my job. Goodbye, little girl."

She pouted when he called her little but that's what he said before he left her confused.

Suddenly, the sound of flashlight and the cameras grabbed Y/N's attention.
When she turned around her gaze fell on a tall, muscular man who was covered in a black outfit with a mask and a backpack. He bowed to the paparazzi while holding his americano. His cap was hiding his silky hair. He had a pair of mesmerizing black doe eyes like an innocent baby but his gaze told otherwise.

He was surrounded by his bodyguards who were making way for him to reach his limo. His bodyguards were also double of his figure, all like picked from Trojan war itself.

Then she curiously took few steps forward while mumbling to herself.

"Looks like a spoiled rich kid. What's so special about him?!"

That's when a paparazzi near her heard her faint voice and replied, "You don't know, who is he? You really don't know Jungkook? Then you should watch some news little girl."

Although the name seemed familiar but she couldn't remember who he was. After coming back home she placed the groceries in their respective place and rushed in her room to browse the name "JUNGKOOK"

The internet showed her the huge and mighty figure of that young CEO which made her choke on her own saliva as she gasped hard, how could she forget him while he was so closely related to her.

She was thinking about him untill an incoming call took her attention. It was from her boyfriend Taehyung. She at an instant picked up his call.

"Hi, babe! I miss you so much."

"I miss you too, Tae!"

"I feel sad that we won't be together on your birthday. "

" You know being away from you is really hard for me but I promise I'll come back soon. I love you"

"I love you, 3000. Goodbye, babe"

"Bye, my baby bear"

She cut the call and went to slumber but next day Y/N really missed him so she thought to plan a surprise for him. She booked flight tickets on her birthday. She thought of celebrating her special day with her parents at midnight before then taking a 6 hours flight back to Seoul to meet him, just to spend some quality time with her love in the evening.

Finally, today was her birthday
When the hour hand hit twelve she blew the candles and cut the cake in the presence of her parents, neighbours and old childhood friends, making her an year older at the age of independence and free living, eighteen.

Y/N lied to her parents that the institute was going to conduct an internal test series since she was prohibited to have any relationship.

She took the flight and reached at
9:45 pm and bought a cake on her way to surprise her boyfriend. While sitting in the taxi all she could think of was the reaction that taehyung would give to her.

She entered into the elevator pressing floor number six. She walked towards his flat and opened it with the spare key she had. Then she started walking tip-toeing towards his bedroom as the light were off in the living room. She thought he must be sleeping or playing video games. She twisted the knob slowly holding the cake in her other hand. She pushes the door open saying,"Surprise."

But her whole world scattered into million pieces when she saw him making out with someone else.

Taehyung and Lisa were cuddling each other like there wouldn't be any tomorrow.

Y/N's mind became blank, she couldn't believe what she just saw. She just hoped it to be her worst nightmare but it wasn't. Her boyfriend along with her roommate betrayed her.

After hearing her voice, they turned their head to Y/N who was standing right at the doorstep holding the knob tightly with wide eyes.

Y/N tightened her grip on the knob as her legs became weak to hold the straight. Right now, her state was vulnerable. She felt her heavy breathing and the slow motioned heartbeats.A tear escaped the edge of her eye when both Taehyung and Y/N exchanged the sight. While taehyung's eyes showed guilt and embarrassement, Y/N's eyes were filled with tears of disappointment.

Lisa felt disgusted and rolled her eyes over Y/N while Taehyung stood up and started dressing himself but before he could reach Y/N, she slammed the door closed causing the cake to drop and ran before she burst out into tears in front of them.

" Y/Nahh~ wait!!! Let me explain."

He ran after her but she was nowhere to be found. He looked in every direction on the street but not a single glimpse of her was seen while random people was staring Taehyung who was just in his shorts and an unbuttoned shirt showing his chest.

While in the case of Y/N, she had no idea where to go so she decided to spend her night at a hotel. Never in her life she thought she had to witness that when her birthday was still not over.

Jungkook and Y/N are seven years apart. Seven is a special number in all way. That's the plot but everything will occur legally corresponding to age... Or maybe not.
