20. Dominance

His disgusting smirk which I would gladly accept to punch hard was in its full display and since I was really not in a mood to repeat myself or even extending my introduction I determine myself to speak clearly with confidence.

"My name is Park Y/N and I am happily introverted. As for my hobbies I have an interest in reading books."

I quickly sat down and looked at my desk for him to move on to next one but not a single voice emerged. When I looked up he was not there in the front but right beside me. He leaned closer placing his arms on the edges entrapping me.

His cologne was as sweet as vanilla while his silky hair brushed my cheeks. Exhaling his hot breath on my neck he commanded me in his deep raspy voice. "I didn't permitted you to sit. You have a fine good minute to explain me what do you mean by 'happily introverted'?"

This time I look into his eyes with a warning to not provoke me. Taking a step in my left I stood up. My eyes were going everywhere but him." I just don't want strangers to interfare in my life. It's my life and I have the right to choose who I wanna be with." Pressing on word 'choose' I again looked into his eyes. He chuckled and straighten up. He putted his hands in his pockets and went back to his supposed position.He turned around and licked his lips.

"You're right Ms. Park but sometimes you won't be able to choose as you would only get one option."

He and his words. A jerk like him really knows how to counterattack. He asked me to sit down and signalled others to introduce themselves which I knew was formality for him as he again cut them off midway.

Despite this weird intro session he was surprisingly a good professor. I was amazed to see how well I understood it. All he said seemed so easy that I had never listened so carefully and that he had explained everything with so much patience.

A few minutes were left for bell to rang and I was happy, I meant only I was happy since everyone else were either daydreaming him in their bed or intersted in his sweet lectures.

At the sound of bell, Jungkook stopped teaching and bowed, followed by us. Majority took the front door for exit while I tip toed towards the back one.
I could see Lisa and her gang using front door to have those seductive moves work on him.

And I prayed to God to let that happen.

But before I could pass through the herd of boys and I was pulled back by someone I did not expect at all, Taehyung

Taehyung said, "Hey, use the front door. This door is comparatively smaller and you might get pushed in between." His scratched his neck and held my wrist with hesitation as things were still not clear between us.

He pulled me towards the front door where the devil was waiting for me but to his suprise Taehyung was holding my hand and I did not refused him. Passing by him I did not bother to look at him but I could clearly feel those furious eyes staring at me with anger written on his face. His clenched fist was another sight which I encountered before leaving the class.

Now I was sitting in Cafeteria with Taehyung where he was hesitate to ask something to me." I hope you are not... uncomfortable. I wanted to clean this mess between us so I wanted to have a chat with you.."

"Pin the point Taehyung."

"Actually I know I was acting like an as*hole before which I really regret. But since when you left me I came to know how much you cared about me."

"Look, don't expect a second chance. And you have Lisa with you, don't you?"

"That's the problem! When we broke up I was not able to forget you. Every single day we used to quarrel and it's becoming worse." His eyes became wet with tears. He was at the verge of bursting out. "Eventually we fought. She threaten me to stay with her until we officially break up. She calls me a who*e for ditching you."

Now he was crying.

I absolutely didn't know why the hell all this weird things are happening today. I have to check my horoscope from now on.

I sat beside him and put my hand on his shoulder to make him stable. Sympathy or whatever that was I can't let anyone being this vulnerable even if it's someone I fought with.

After a few minutes he calmed down he
suddenly held my hand when I was off guard. He looked straight into my eyes.

" Y/N, I was wrong b-but can't we at least be friends. I k-know it won't be easy but I can't stop the feeling of cheating upon you."

He was again tearing up in a very worse way.

Yes, he cheated and I won't forgive him but how could Lisa say that to him? She was equally responsible for breaking us apart.Taehyung has always been a cheerful person who was once worshipped in high school but now, his condition was vice versa.

"...Umm... Okay let's be friends. Nothing more than that. I still haven't forgiven you but we can be on good terms."

His eyes widens and his lips curve up to form an amazing box smile. I could feel how happy he was on my words. He hugged me out of that adrenaline secretion within him and instantly retard back in a shy way. He thanked me several times which I replied with my smile.

We bid goodbye and go to our next classes. Whole series of period passed and now it was my time to go home but before that I had to return a book in the library.

I returned the book but the stunning sensation of it was attracting a nerd like me. I thought of selecting another book to borrow and thus I begin to roam around in search of it.

I really love scientific books but they were at the very corner of this place. I went there to go through the shelves but none of them caught me attention.

I was about to leave when a book on Newton's work came in my sight. I take few steps back and realise that it was a height I couldn't reach but who am I kidding not a single soul wander here.

Let alone Mrs. Jarvis who was even few inches shorter than me.

I decided to take the initiative and land myself against the book shelf stretching my arm to reach it. That's when someone pressed himself against me. He was tall and had a hard body and definitely his hands were able to grab it.

I was freezed with my posture since it was too much to process at once. This situation was making me hot as our bodies were not even an inch away.

When he pulled out the book I thought he would back off but too my surprise he didn't. Instead he pressed himself more against me.

"Aren't you being too dominant?!"
