Chapter Five

"99,100!" I shouted.

"Carmen! What the hell it's 4:30 in the morning why are you up?" Ajax groaned and I chuckled.

"I am up every morning at this time training" I said while stretching my arms

"Well don't, Come back to bed I miss your body" Jax whined

"Wow Jax who knew you were such a baby" I giggled and slapped my hand over my mouth then he shot up from the bed staring at me shocked

"What? did you just...Laugh? " He questioned with mock surprise the amusement was clear in his eyes.

"No I didn't laugh I'm a warrior I don't time to laugh I only have time to train" I said fixing my sports bra. he got out the bed and smirked at me

"You should think about training more too you are looking a little chubby these days" Lie!

By now I was blushing hard because he was flexing and only in his boxers. I cleared my throat and tried to ask unaffected but honestly his body was amazing. he picked me up and put me on the bed much too my protest.

I tried to get up but he grabbed my leg and pulled me back and hugged me tightly.

"Would you like to hang out tonight?"He asked seriously looking me right in the eye.

"You mean like training?" I asked quizzically. He only chuckled and kissed my head. But I didn't understand, what was 'hang out'?

I laughed and then stopped, I was confused .

"It's where we hang out together just the two of us and do something fun" He said with a cocky smirk and he wiggled his eyebrows. I frove and I felt my face heat up.

"Fun?" I murmured shyly feeling kind of stupid

"Yeah Fun" he chuckled at me again

"So you mean like training?" I asked again because that's what I did for fun.

"can I ask you something?" he let out

"Okay but nothing personal" I ran a hand through my wild hair, He just rolled his eyes

"Do you know what fun is?" I looked at him for a moment.

"Yeah I know what fun is but my fun and your fun are completely different" I answered honestly and I closed my eyes

"Oh, well I think I'm going to plan the perfect day for us" He said as he broke into a huge grin and for a moment he looked kind of cute. I shook my head quickly. I need to stay focused I don't think things are Cute

"Okay but don't get your hopes up on this whole 'fun' thing" I rushed out

we stayed silent for a while both of us in our own thoughts, Then I thought of something.

"How did you find me? from what I know about destined mates they have to see each other" I asked and he shrugged and pulled me close to him. I felt a very strong urge to push him away but I didn't

"Well,umm, Lets just say I pulled a few strings and called on someone no big deal" he said almost nervously

"Okay so like the Devil or something," I joked and he got really stiff

"Umm, how about you go shower up and I go make breakfast" He said and Jumped up and left.

weird I thought but I shrugged it off and went to the bathroom. I turned on the water and stripped while I waited for it to heat up. when it was hot enough I jumped in and washed my body.
