They were approaching the aviary by now, the allosaurus was a little behind, losing sight of them, but the raptors weren't.
"Utahraptors still onto us!" Jodie pointed out
"We know.." Gregory was slowing down but was grabbed by Jordan "we're almost there! Stay running!"
The raptors were about to catch up, but the aviary door was wide open so the group scrammed into there and slammed the door shut.
"Now what?" Gregory gasped, getting his energy back.
"We wait-." There was a bang on the door. "We hide."
They scampered across the aviary looking for a hiding spot in there, eventually deciding to hide behind a rock.
"They're going to break that door down anytime soon, this is our best shot at hiding somewhere." Jordan sat on the ground. "They'll see our heads if we are standing."
"What animals are in the aviary?" Jodie asked
"They've probably all escaped by now, so no point in telling." Jordan responded
"So the dimorphodons were in here?"
"Yes, they must've escaped from that small hole in the roof." Jordan pointed up to the glass ceiling. "Wait, did we have an electrical glass ceiling? Did they just conveniently escape the same time as the other dinosaurs? And that hole isn't big enough for the-."
"The what?"
"Nothing! Nothing!"
The raptors burst through the door and began searching the aviary.
"Why are they so bloodthirsty?" Gregory asked.
Jordan replied explaining, "I don't know, there's only one person who knows what's up with the dinosaurs and he won't budge to give us a clue on any of it."
There was around 6 raptors searching around the aviary, sniffing and leaping onto branches and rocks to get better looks.
"I think somethings up with that T.J person." Gregory whispered to Tommy
"You don't say do you?" He responded.
"Should we get moving yet?" Jodie asked "the door is wide open and the raptors are searching further up in here."
"We could. Ok then, let's do it." Jordan stood up, and a raptor pounced at the rock from the back, attempting to get his head.
"Sneaky." Jordan crept backwards.
The raptor scampered up the rock, and began calling for the others.
The raptor was at the top of the rock, and more were coming from either side.
"How many situations like this have we gotten ourselves into today?" Gregory sat down "may as well accept my fate now."
Then, a Quetzalcoatlus swooped down and grabbed the raptor on the rock and swallowed it.
"That's what." Jordan whispered, as a very late response to Jodie's question.
The raptors turned around to see that the quetzal had eaten their friend so they decided to plan revenge and began attempting to climb up onto trees and rocks to reach the mighty pterosaur and take it down, all but one, which was still locked on having humans for lunch.
It pounced to get more in front but was not close enough.
"All 4 we take it down together." Tommy rammed into the dromeosaur and the other three helped him tackle it down to the ground.
The Utahraptor squealed and Tommy held its neck down so it couldn't get up, the others heard its cry and began to charge after the humans instead of the quetzal.
"The door is still open, we can leave now!" The 4 began running towards the exit door, but the final dilophosaur out of the 5 that escaped stood their, with its frill showing.
"Ok well this definitely is the end." Gregory slumped himself on the ground again.
The raptors began circling, and the quetzal attempted to take someone away by diving with its mouth, luckily they ducked which made them narrowly miss, but it proved that pretty much every dinosaur that eats living things wants you dead, whether it's fish or animals.
"Every piscivore and carnivore wants us dead it seems." Tommy pointed out.
"We aren't getting saved here, are we?" Jodie sat down on the ground as well.
"Come on, stay determined you two we can get through this!" Tommy began doubting as well.
"Why aren't they going for the dilo?" Jordan wondered "it's easier and a better meal!"
The dilo began charging
"Shouldn't of said that."
"They can't understand English anyway-."
The Baryonyx had CLIMBED out of its enclosure, travelled all the way to the aviary and busted through the aviary creating a massive hole, gripping its jaws on the soaring quetzalcoatlus and lashing it into 3 raptors at once, the others running away, to where the dilo was.
The dilo began running as well and the dinosaurs escaped from the aviary.
The quetzal got back up and was ready to fight.
"Now is our chance to get away!" Gregory stood up and started running, the other 3 following after him.
They escaped the aviary.
The quetzal attempted a bite at the Baryonyx's neck, but it grabbed theirs first and tore it in half and obviously killing the quetzal, the building was collapsing because the hole in the wall made it unstable, and the Baryonyx ran out and ran away to the edge of the park.
