Harry's POV

Eva is getting ready, she's in the little hotel bathroom and I can hear that old music she listens to echoing from her phone to out here.

We got here at about ten o'clock last night, it's a nice place right on the edge of the city, so up the road is restaurants and all that shit and down the road is where they hold the markets and is close to where I took Eva to the creek those months back.

It's just one room with a bathroom, the bathroom is to the left as you walk in the door and then to the right is the bed that is sat in the middle of the wall, then on the wall across from the bed is some sort of drawer thing with a tv mounted above it.

I also made sure to book somewhere that has big windows because I know she loves them, although I know she will want to keep the fucking curtains open like always.

The drive here was just over two hours and Eva slept the whole way, she put on a song than when it finished and I went to look over to her and tell her that I liked it, she was fast asleep.

She didn't even wake up when I pulled into the hotel, I had to wake her up, she was still half bloody asleep when I had my arm wrapped around her and walking her through the hotel.

We went and got the key for the room and then headed upstairs, she really was exhausted after the last two days because she nearly dozed off just resting her head on my shoulder in the elevator ride.

We got into the room and I told her to have a shower while I go get the bags...she didn't.

I went down and got both our bags and brought them back up and I thought I'd be coming into a room with the shower and lights on, but the room was dark besides the glow from the city and Eva was on top of the still made bed and fast asleep.

She was still in comfortable clothes from the hospital so I didn't bother waking her up again, I just took her shoes off that she had left on and went to have a quick shower myself.

Once I was done, I found a spare blanket in those drawers and threw that on top of the bed so I didn't have to wake her up to use the one under her, I pulled the curtain shut despite her liking them open so she could sleep in longer and then I crawled into bed with her and fell asleep just as fast as she did after I pulled her into my arms.

I wanted her to sleep in late, but I was woken up around eight in the morning to Eva on the phone and sitting at the end of the bed...

"Did they say you should be leaving earlier though?" I heard Eva whispering, waking me up earlier than I wanted.

"Did you tell him that your job is active....and he still said it's okay to work?"

I opened my eyes slowly, looking to the end of the bed to see her sitting with her knees tucked up to her chest and holding her phone to her ear.

"You should at least stay home for a week or two, we will be back in two days, Harry can just cover for you or something"

Oh can I now...?

"Ev?" I spoke up, startling her and making her look back at me with a guilty face.

"Are you seriously on the phone to Dom right now, we left him not even ten hours ago" I sterned the best I could with my raspy morning voice.
