Chapter 18

Lira and I are waiting for a taxi here at the waiting shed in front of our apartment. I started to feel so excited already.

I saw a coming taxi kaya pumara na si Lira at huminto ito sa harap namin. Marami siyang bagahe pero isang maleta at ang bagpack lang ang dala ko. I shaked my head when I remembered what happened earlier at the apartment. Parang dinaanan mg bagyo ang apartment namin kahapon dahil kay Lira. Habang nasa loob kami ng sasakyan bigla akong tinamaan ng antok and then suddenly darkness consumed my system.

Nagising nalang ako ng may tumatapik sa pisngi ko.

"Common Linzey wake up now. We're here!"

I yowned and looked at Lira who's smiling like an idiot infront of me. I look out of the window and all I see is the view of the calm sea and yacht's everywhere. I yowned again because I still feels sleepy. My is also hurt a little but I didn't mine it.

"We're here?"

I asked.

"Well not totally kasi sasakay pa tayong yacht para makarating doon. I think it takes hours."

Tumango ako at lumabas na mg sasakyan. Di na ako mag abalang suklayin ang mahaba kong buhok at hinayaan kong tangayin ito ng malakas na hangin. I feel my phone beeping on my pocket that's when I saw on my screen, Yanna's calling.

"Hello?"

"Linzey where are you?"

She asked, I heard other vioces behind. I think it's Hailee and Tricia.

"Pupunta kaming Island ngayon."

I said truly.

"Really? What island?"

She asked

"It's Neriou Island I think?"

I heard her gasped and called Hailee.

"She's going to Neriou island too girls."

Napataas ang kilay ko sa sinabi niya.

"Really? Tara dali mag impake na kayo. We need to peace our mind. Libre naman kami sa island niyo Tricia?"

My eyes widened because of what I heard about Hailee.

"Obcurse sabihin mo kay Linzey, Yanna na libre ko siya entrance at kung may kasama siya ililibre ko rin."

Nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi ni Tricia. Is she kidding? I looked at Lira who's busy on watching our bags patiently waiting for me.

"Linzey sabihin mo sa driver ng yacht na kilala mo si Tricia. Tricia will call the yacht driver now okay? Just wait us there...see yah!"

Napataas ang kilay ko mg bigla ako nitong binabaan. I sighed and put my phone back on my jeans pocket.

Pumunta ako kay Lira at tumingin din ito sa akin. I smiled at her and spill the bean.

"My friend Tricia will treat our entrance here."

Bumilog ang mga mata nito. She jumped and hug me.

"Really? What's the name of your friend anyway?"

"Tricia... Patricia."

Nanlaki uli ang mata nito.

"Patricia Lola Flanery? Is that her full name?"

She asked. I just nod for response. Napatakip ako ng tainga ng bigla itong tumili.

"Why you didn't tell me that your friend with Patricia? Her friends are so popular in our school. She even beat the all schools in volleyball!"

Napailing nalang ako dahil parang bata na excited dahil bibilhan siya ng bagong laruan. I chuckled while looking at her.
