Chapter One

"The First Encounter"

Papikit-pikit akong nagbabasa ng mga comments habang nagso-scroll sa screen ng phone ko. I'm not that sleepy yet so I found myself enjoying while browsing on my phone.

"Maganda po ang bago niyong story ate Exxe."

"Just like the first one, it's awesome."

"Gawa ulit kayo ng story miss Exxe."

I off my phone hide it under my bedsheet slowly and pretended that I'm sleeping when I heard the door opened. I waited for a few minutes before opening my eyes and then I heard a little noise coming from the door again signaling me that the guard already gone. I opened my phone and look what time is it now.

I sighed and sit on my bed. I am thinking if ano ulit ang gagawin kong story. It's already midnight and I hardly think what should I do for my next story, I saw some of the comments that they want some action novel but I don't know how to start that. I was a little distracted when my phone beeped and I saw new follower again, -meiller- is his or her username.

Dahil na rin sa kaantukan, nagdecide ako na matulog nalang, kailangan kong matulog ng maaga because I still have school tomorrow buti nalang nagawa ko na lahat ng project at assignments ko kaya wala na akong problema.

Being a scholar in this private school is hard but it's okay kasi kung hindi ako naging scholar I wouldn't be studying here in Winston University, a pupolar school here in our town. I hate to admit that I'm not an early person so I wished I would awake tomorrow as early as possible. As the time passed by, little did I know I drift off to sleep.

I was very thankful to my alarm clock when it helps me to wake up early in this gloomy morning. Naligo at nagprepare na ako ng gagawin ko for school. Lumabas ako ng dorm at naghanda na para pumunta ng cafeteria for my breakfast. Medyo malayo ang cafeteria kaya kinuha ko sa bag ko ang hiniram kong pocketbook sa library. Habang naglalakad ay nagbabasa ako, to keep myself accompany. It doesn't bother me if I tripped here because the way I'm walking is perfectly cleaned and you can't see stone that's scattering the area. Inayos ko ang eyeglasses ko at binalik na sa bag ang binabasa kong libro ng makarating na ako sa entrance ng cafeteria. When I am already inside, I walked to the counter and ordered myself for my breakfast today.

"One order of pancakes please."

I always order pancakes every morning kasi iyun lang ang mura para sa pang-breakfast ko. I need to budget my allowance for my whole month kasi matipirin akong tao and besides mahal ang mga school supplies ngayon. Kumuha ako ng free water at pumunta sa pinakadulong table ng cafeteria. Where I used to sit everytime I came here to eat, afraid to socialize to others in some reason.

I looked all around the area at kaunti palang ang nakikita kong estudyante pakalat-kalat. Kaunti lang naman kasi kami na nagdodorm dito sa school. Only scholars are allowed to take dorms here pero mayroon ding VIP dorms para sa mga may kayang ma afford yun but it costs a high money.

"Oh my gosh, my mom buy me new Gucci bag..." Napailing nalang ako sa dumaang dalawang baabe. I wondered if anong gagawin nila sa mga binibili nilang branded na bags.

I looked at my wrist watch at 6:56 na pala kaya umalis na ako at naglakad papunta sa building naming juniors. I am a grade 10 student kaya kailangan kong taasan ang mga grades ko para mas madali akong makapasok sa malalaking paaralan dito, I need to maintain my high grades as much as possible. I put my bag on my chair at nagbasa muna ng notes kasi may quiz kami sa TLE ngayon. While I was scanning I can't help myself to hear some talking not so far from me.
