Chapter Six

"Busy schedule"

Napahawak ako sa dibdib ng maalala ko ulit ang nangyari nung isang gabi. Napailing na lang ako sa iniisip at pinagpatuloy ang pagchecheck ng mga assignments namin sa science.

"Mayor ito na po ang pinagawa niyo sa akin." I smiled and said thanks to Meisha ng maiabot niya na sa akin ang mga niresearched niya. I scanned her work and she pretty improved a lot in presenting the data I told her about. I'm impressed.

We have our meeting yesterday and we decided to take the photo booth since madali lang itong gawin and I think my talent with capturing photos ay magagamit ko dito, I think.

I looked back to the armchair na bakante pa sa ngayon, my brows wrinkled. Maybe he will be here by tomorrow. He said two days lang naman siyang mawawala. I decided to read again when I noticed I am spacing out. Duh? Thinking of him not so cool Linzey, I told myself.

"Hi Linzey!" Napalingon ako sa tumawag sa akin. Ngumiti ako sa kanya ng maupo ito sa harapan ko. Naalala ko na nagtext siya sa akin kahapon na mamaya kami mag uusap tungkol sa project namin but why is she here already?

"Pwede bang doon tayo sa bahay namin gumawa ng project?" She asked giving me those simple smile.

"Okay." I just agree.

"Right, so mamayang 2:30 okay?" I just nodded at her and smiled for the second time. Napabuntong hininga ako at pinagpatuloy ang pagcheck. Inanounce kanina ng mga teachers na wala daw kaming klase mamayang hapon to have our time to prepare for our foundation day and of course para gawin lahat ng school works namin.

I am physically unstable for this day because of a lot of things I needed to do. I still need to go to the house of the one who gave me a scholarship to clean her room this sunday. Iyun lang kasi ang magagawa ko sa ngayon para makapagpasalamat sa kanya sa pagpapaaral sa akin. I owe her a lot because of that and very thankful to her kahit na hindi maganda ang pagtrato ng anak niya sa akin.

I sighed while reminiscing my past experiences with her daughter. We were used to be bestfriend's back to the time but the destiny is really fucked up and I just know now she's already my enemy.

I averted my attention to Thunder when I saw him entering the room.

"Thunder nacalculate mo na ba ang gagastusin natin?"

"Yes, I already calcute it last night. We don't need to buy a new camera kasi yung camera ko nalang ang gagamitin para rin makatipid sa budget. So ang kailangan lang ay ang mga props na gagamitin. I'll send some suggestions to you later." Ngumiti ako ng matamis sa kanya. Ang bait talaga ni Thunder, that's why I have a little crush on him since grade 7.

Some of our classmates says that he is scary and cold person but he doesn't feel like that to me I see him as a kind person to me and yeah let's say he is a little bit scary but not to much.

Ngumiti rin ito sa akin at nagcheck ulit ng iba pa naming assignments sa ibang subject.

"Mayor pinapatawag po kayo ni Ma'am Camero sa office niya." Tumango ako kay Chelsea, I arranged all of the papers above the table and told some of the class officers to keep our room quite before leaving the room.

I walked just seconds when I finally found Ma'am Cameron's office. I knock twice and I heard her say come in and opened the door. I smiled when I saw her typing on her computer before facing me with a smile. I quietly sit on the vacant seat infront of her.

"Pinapatawag niyu po ako Ma'am? " I asked.

"Natapos mo na ba ang pagchecheck mo ng mga assignments?"
