**Lauren's POV**
In the days since I ran away from my own welcome home party I had hardly seen Charlie at all. If he was not teaching he was with one of his brothers (mainly Bill) Draco or Harry collecting evidence against the ministry.
Not that the boys didn't want to marry us that was most definitely not the case. It was because they want to marry us that they are gathering evidence to argue that the marriage law instilled by Minster Shacklebolt is absolutely barbaric and that it is not right for them to not only force us to marry, but to chose the timeline for our marriage and when we are to have children.

I must have been lost in thought longer than I thought because suddenly I could hear giggling coming from the foot of my bed and when I looked up I was met with Ginny, Herminoe, and Pansy smirking at me.
"Honestly Lauren your ability to tune out the word around you when you're lost in thought it absolutely infuriating sometimes" Ginny groaned. "We could hear your alarm going off downstairs for the last 10min and when you never shut it off i knew it wasn't because you were sleeping" she continued.
"oops, sorry everyone. I was just thinking about Charlies research and how I've hardly seen him for more than 10 minutes total these last few days" I told them letting out a deep sigh in response.
"Don't even get me started Lo. Even when Draco is home he's not really present. His heads all wrapped up in what ever they've uncovered so far but I can't get him to spill a single detail" Mione complained.
"Listen ladies, I hate to be the one to brake up this little vent session but if we want to get any of our Christmas shopping done before we meet the boys for dinner we need to get going right now and Lo still isn't dressed!" Pansy yelled at us exasperated.
"Ah bloody hell, I'm so sorry Pans. Give me 5min to shower and somebody pick out my outfit for me and then we can leave" I promised her.

**5 min later**

Okay I loved Pansy dearly, but sometimes I had to question her fashion taste

Okay I loved Pansy dearly, but sometimes I had to question her fashion taste. Not because I didn't love the outfit she picked out for me but because she must actually be certified crazy to pick out a mini skirt for the beginning of December. It was absolutely freezing out, but I new better at this point to not change the outfit but to tweak it ever so slightly. So I pulled on a pair skin tone tights to add just a small extra layer of warmth and made a mental note to use a heating charm once we apparted to muggle London.
Shoving my wand in the side of my boot I quickly grabbed by purse and just apparted to our common area because stairs would take to long (trust me I've learned all the tricks and short cuts at this point since my lateness was a frequent occurrence).
"Lovely of you to join us Laur" Pansy joked when I landed in front of them. "Let's get going, we have a long day and an even longer list ahead of us" and before anyone else could get a word in Pansy had already gone.
We all followed Pansy's lead and apparted to a quite back ally in muggle London that we frequently used. Once I had two feet planted in the ground I took my wand out of my boot and quietly muttered the heating charm before shoving my wand back into my boot and quickly did a little jog to catch up with everyone.
