**Laurens POV**
In the days following my first real memory of my past before the accident, I found myself remembering more and more details. Most of them being silly memories of my friends and I being completely ridiculous, but they were MY memories and it felt so good to remember them.
Whenever I would remember a new memory, I would space out for a few seconds before coming back to the present.
My latest memory to return was when I scored the winning goal in the last house match against Slytherin in second year, allowing Harry to capture the Snitch and Gryffindor to take claim of over the house cup.
**Memory** (A/N: Changing the rules for Quidditch just a little to better serve the purpose of this memory. The catching the snitch means the game is over, it is it worth any value).

It had been a tight game between Slytherin and Gryffindor. It was a dark and overcast day making looking for the snitch more difficult.
We had been playing for almost two hours and neither Draco or Harry had any clue where the snitch was. Both teams were currently tied and which ever team were to catch the snitch now would win unless by some miracle the other team were to score at the same time.
Ginny had just successfully recovered the quaffle from the opposing teams chaser just as both Draco and Harry seemed to have spotted the snitch.
Luck didn't seem to be our side as Draco was racing faster and faster towards the snitch with Harry following behind.
By some miracle everyone seemed to be distracted by Draco and the snitch so I took the opportunity to race past Ginny towards our goal post and without ever verbally saying anything, Ginny seemed to understand what I was doing and tossed me the quaffle from half way down the pitch.
Thank goodness we had such a tight training regiment or she would have never made the pass.
The quaffle barley touched my hands before I sent it hurdling threw the hoop just as Draco had caught the snitch.
"THE GOLDEN SNITCH HAS BEEN CAUGHT! The match has ended. But in a turn of events no one ever saw coming, Anderson scored 10points for Gryffindor just as Malfoy caught the snitch.
GRYFFINDOR HAS WON THE HOUSE CUP!!" The announcer yelled into the mic.

**End of memory**
Unfortunately for me, the memory was ill timed in the middle of our current quidditch match against Ravenclaw. I was spaced out when a bludger came hurdling towards me sending my flying off my broom.
Thankfully Harry is such a good flyer and was able to catch me before I hit the ground but that didn't stop the immense amount of pain in my ribs from taking over from where the bludger whacked me.
That's how I end up in the hospital wing. Waiting for my friends to come deliver the news of the match while Madam Pomfrey and Head Mistress McGonagall where in a heated hushed argument.
No doubt about me and how they failed to remember that I probably should not have been playing quidditch till my memories were fully recovered dispute the fact that I was supposed to live my life as I normally would before the accident.
It didn't matter to me though, it was worth the hospital trip to remember that memory. That will always be my proudest moment, that's when I knew I absolutely loved quidditch and wanted to work extra hard to be the best.

A few days later at dinner, Ginny, Hermione and I were talking about the Hogsmade trip. Hermione didn't want to come and we were trying to convince her that we needed a girls day to relax and have fun just three of us like old times.
"Guys I just can't go, I promised Draco we would spend time just the two us. We haven't spent much alone time together since the paring and Lauren's accident."
"Hermione what do you mean since the pairing?" I was so confused by what she just said. I knew that Draco was good now and that they were together. I just assumed they finally figured out that they actually had a lot in common once they got over they're petty differences and Dracos pride.
The entire table was completely silent, no one knew want to say, everyone was waiting for someone else to do the talking.
"Shoot, Lauren I'm so sorry I wasn't thinking and I wasn't supposed to say anything about it in front of you. It's nothing really, nothing you need to worry about right now that is."
She was rambling, unsure how to cover up the mistake she had just made and that's when everything hit me like a ton of bricks. Suddenly everything I couldn't remember before, was flashing through my mind at the speed of light.
Visions of getting sorted into Gryffindor my first year, Ginny in the Chamber is Secrets, quidditch, vacations with my parents, dates with Nick, Voldemort and Nick torturing me, war, my mother's death, opening the Ministry's letter marrying me off to Charlie Weasley, running into the Forbidden Forest only to be met face to face with Nick, Nick disarming me with a curse sending me flying and then blackness.
"I.. I remember" I whispered to myself and then loudly yelled out "I REMEMBER!"
By the time I had come out of my trance, the entire Great Hall was looking at me. Only right now I didn't care. I only cared about finding one person, and he wasn't at the teachers table tonight. No he wouldn't be, Friday's were our night to eat dinner together alone and away from everyone else. Our one night to ourselves where no one was allowed to disrupt us till dinner was over.
I was swinging my legs over the bench I was sitting on and up on my feet running out of the Great Hall calling Charlie's name before anyone could stop me.
I probably looked like a fool, but I didn't care because I need to get to Charlie, I needed to feel his touch and his warmth.

**Charlies POV**
I was in my office, grading papers for the evening. Fridays were Lauren and I's night to ourselves approved by McGonagall herself since every other night I'm required to sit with the other Professors up at the head of the hall.
Even though Lauren doesn't remember me as her fiencé, and only as her professor I couldn't bring myself to sit with the other Professors on Friday nights and no one asked me to. I think they know I needed the space for now.
I was just about finished with the stack of papers I was grading when I could hear someone yelling my name and running down the halls.
I just gotten up and opened my office door when something or someone slammed against me yelling
"CHARLIE! CHARLIE! I REMEMBER, I REALLY REMEMBER THIS TIME"
Before I had time to react her lips had smashed into mine and that's all I need to feel to know exactly who was tangled into my embrace. My heart was whole again.
