**Charlie's POV**

"Char, why don't you go down to the great hall and try and eat something, and maybe get a shower in there while your at it" mum spoke quietly to me with hint of humor in her tone to try and lighten the mood even just a little.
I huffed in response. "Mum you know I can't leave her, what if she wakes up while I'm gone?"
"Charlie honey, it's been a week since the accident and there haven't been any changes, I don't think she'll wake up in the half hour that your gone sweetie. Besides Lauren would want you to eat and clean yourself up bit. She doesn't want to wake up to a smelly Fiancé" she said as we both let out a small chuckle.
"Hump... I guess your right but promise me you won't leave her side while I'm gone and you'll send for me if anything changes while I'm away right?"
"Yes Char, I promise I'm not going anywhere" mum said.

My first stop was back towards Laur and I's shared dorms with my siblings. It was lunch time so hopefully they would all be in the Great Hall eating and I wouldn't have to converse with any of them. I just wasn't in the mood to delay my return to Lauren any longer than I had to.
Just my luck! Not a soul to be seen in our common room so I ran to mine and Lauren's room. First thing I did was turn the shower on so it would warm up as I gathered my clothes that I would put on once I got out.
Once the water was warmed up, I hopped in and immediately felt the hot water relax me and my tense muscles loosened up.
My mind was in a thousand directions, I was anxious to return back to Lauren. I had promised myself once I saw her laying lifeless on the ground in the Forbidden Forest that I would never ever let her out of my sight again and I was very unhappy about having to do so now.
Since the accident my mind hasn't stopped spinning with a thousand questions about who that mysterious man was, and why he had his wand drawn at her? and how and why why did I know that Lauren was in trouble and where she was? I had so many question but so little answers right now. I could only hope that they could be answered once Lauren wakes up.
When I tried to talk to Madem Pomfrey about it she just shrugged it off as gut instinct, but I could tell in her face she wasn't telling me something but I didn't press.
By the time I gotten out of the shower and dressed, the thirty minutes i told my mother I'd be gone we're already up, but I decided she was right and that I should stop into the Great Hall and eat something before heading back to the hospital wing. Someone would come get me if anything changed.

Once I returned to the hospital wing, I noticed more visitors were crowded around Lauren's bed. This had become a daily ritual as friends were always coming and going to check up on Lauren and I. Today's visitors were Ginny and Harry along with Bill and Fleur.
"How is she doing?" I asked as I came up along Laur's bedside. "The same" Bill answered whispered back. "Glad mom was able to convince you to shower at least. You look human now brother" Bill teased.
While Bill and I were talking, Madem Promfrey came over to do her daily check in with Lauren just make sure her vitals and head trauma hadn't changed. So the little group of us decided to move out of her way so she could work.
Bill and I were in a deep conversation about the night of the accident, something we always did now to try and pick up on any small details that could help us figure things out, when suddenly a soft whimper came from Lauren's bedside.
In an instant I was by Laur's side with one of her hands in mine when I saw her stir a little. She let out another small groan, before her eyes fluttered open. Her brown ones meeting my blue ones.

** Lauren's POV**

I could here voices coming from somewhere not to far off , I could tell they were trying to be quite by there tone but I couldn't pick out a single voice from the group nor what they were talking about.
Humming and clinking could be heard directly beside me, like they were working around me which was odd. What was even odder was that when I tried to open my eyes, I couldn't. It was like they were stuck shut. The harder I tried to open them the more the throbbing in my head grew.
I let out a soft whimper, and with on least stitch effort my eyes fluttered open and I immediately locked eyes with a red headed boy with pretty blue eyes.
"Oh Laur!" The mysterious red head let out excitedly. "I'm so glad your awake I have been so worried about you" he spoke quietly to me while starring down at me lovingly.
I felt bad but I was scared, I wasn't sure who he was or where I was and why he was so worried about me. I felt bad, but I had to ask him.
"Erm... this is a little awkward to ask but do I know you?"
