~Part 12~

~Madame Flix's POV~

"Flix, I do not want you to launch an attack yet..." Master says, "W-What? B-But Master, I thought you said to attack them once you earned the marshmallow's trust!" I exclaim, and the Ninji sniggers. "Flix. I have said that. Now listen to what I am saying." 

"Hmph..." I fold my arms, and the head Ninji laughs, "Oh, shut up! It's not like your Ninji's attacked her when she was in Dreamland! Pathetic..." I turn away from them both.

"How dare you! Those idiots were scaredy-cats, that why I sent them instead! They still don't have the courage to stand up to even the baby ninjis from our world..." he huffs, and Master groans, "Both of you must work together to make my plan work. If it doesn't, then I will reduce your powers." 

"Yes, Master..." the Head Ninji and I reply tonelessly. "Good. Now, as I was saying- do not launch an attack until Star has 'completely trusted' me." "What?" Ninji asks, and I hold my face in one hand, "I am most certain she is not trusting me entirely. She seemed extremely reluctant once I told her to not tell anyone about this-" "So why would you say that?" I ask, snorting, "Because, Flix- would you want the literal entire kingdom here?" Master glares at me, "No...?" I sweat drop.

"Good. I want you both to stay hidden. Even if I do get attacked, you are both to stay put. Understand?" "Master, you literally said a couple minutes ago that Star is extremely powerful- you also said she can take and give life. How the hell are we supposed to stay put?" I ask, and he gives me a sharp look, and this time I don't stay down, "Master, really." I say, indicating I'm not just being stupid, and that I mean serious business.

"She doesn't know that. The Forever sword isn't planning on telling her." Master says slyly, and before Ninji could ask what he meant, he tells us to stay quiet and stay put whilst he goes somewhere.

"So..." "Don't even try starting up a conversation." I stop the Ninji instantly. "Hrmph..."

~Galacta's POV~

Star said she had to go somewhere, but it's been ages. I swear, she's hiding something important, and I think Meta's still finding stuff out from her, because he's gone as well. Leaving me with these children.

"You're a child as well... mentally anyway."

Don't tell me who I am... mind.

"Lol. You're scolding your mind. So sad."

"Are you enjoying yourself, Galacta Knight?" the Queen sits down, "Yeah. It's really nice here." I nod, and she seems satisfied.

"Pardon me for asking, but where is Kirby from? He's so... unique!" the Queen looks at Kirby, who is lying on the floor with Bandana, bored. "I don't actually know... apparently he just crashed onto Dreamland, so... no one really knows where he came from. I knew Kirby before that- but I never actually asked..." I admit, and then add, "Star must know. She's known Kirby since ages." 

"How lovely..." Flora says, and then asks, "Wait- where is Star and Meta Knight? I thought they'd be here?" "Uh... they're just busy with some 'important stuff'. Not sure where they went though, to be honest."

"Oh... that's alright. I was wondering if you and your friends would like to stay one more day? Please?" Flora looks hopeful. "Uh..." I wasn't sure, Star might get annoyed if I say yes, but then it'll be rude if I say no, so she'll get angry further... '-_-

"Pleaseeeee? It gets so lonely here." she adds, whispering so that the lady-in-waiting doesn't hear her. "Ok..." I give in, and she seems happy. Star is going to kill me, but Author-Chan wouldn't leave me to die, would she?

Don't push your luck, woman. Stick to the storyline, please. And if you stop trying to break the fourth wall... then I'll be considerate... a little.

Geez, how lovely...

~???'s POV~

Almost time...

I have a small surprise if Star Knight does bring anyone along with her.

"Ready?"

"Always..."

"Good. She should be here soon."

"Sir Flame?" 

Ahh, she is here...

~A While Before~

"So, Flame has been tracking you ever since you escaped from Nightmare's main base?" Meta Knight asked, "Continuously, but yes..." Star Knight replied.

"He wants the powers that I have concealed within me... only my wielder can share or fully possess it. And currently, Master is sharing it with me- I cannot trust her fully. It is a matter of time- not feeling." the Forever Sword piped up, adding the last bit gently so Star wouldn't feel annoyed. "Of course... I don't even think I am still worthy of you sometimes..." Star smiled under her mask.

"Flame wants you to give him the powers?" Meta Knight looked at Star, and she nodded. "No doubt he wants it for himself..." he muttered.

"He also asked me to not tell anyone about this... and to not let anyone come with me. But- c-could you come with me?" Star flushed at having to actually say the words she never dreamed of saying. 

"... Of course." Star wasn't sure... "Are you absolutely sure? It could be really dangerous with how you described what Sir Flame has done in the past-" "And two people battling is much better than one doing it by themself." Meta Knight replied. 

~??? POV~

"Have you decided?" I ask, and she nods. "And you're alright with the consequences of what may happen if you agree?" 

"Yes." "Excellent..." I say, and then...

"Got someone... dunno who." Ninji claims. "I thought I requested you bring no one here..." "And don't you think you shouldn't have been so haste to say so? I should commend you on your brilliant plan... but it didn't work. Flix was helpful as well..."
