Returning... Kirby Fanfic (OLD)

~Part 25~

~In The Morning~

~Kirby's POV~

Poyo... I slept so nicely last night! I didn't even dream of bad things this time either, poyo. All the time I dream bad things... like monsters, not just the normal ones, the huge ones. Like Nightmare. He was so big! And then I turned into a black puffball with white eyes!

(A/N: Reference- Super Smash Bros {When Kirby inhales Mr Game n Watch, he becomes black with white eyes.})

Another time I dreamt of the demon frog... (Kirby Right Back at Ya.) I was killing everyone! 

Bleh. Anyway, the snow stopped! Actually, it hasn't, but I think it's ok to walk in now. 

Star and Meta Knight haven't woken up yet... wow. 

For once, their masks are fully off. They look like me! But different colours. Very different colours. Star is light purple with green eyes, and Meta Knight is a very dark blue with white ones. Obviously, they're asleep, so I can't see their eye colours, but I've seen them unmasked before. 

I don't even know what time it is. 0-0. What if it's like ten o'clock or something?! I guess the cappys were right. Adults do sleep for ages. 😂

"Poyo... Star! Meta Knight! Wake up!!!!!" I nudge them one by one. "Later..." Star murmurs, wrapping her cape tighter, and I make a face. =_=. "POYO WAKE UP!" I shout, and they both get up quicker than I expected. "What's wrong, Kirby?" Star asks, and I shrug, "Nothing. I wanted to wake you up, but you said to me-" "Don't say what I said to you." Star says seriously, probably worried she said something embarrassing, and I smile.

"Kirby. Next time do not scream. We are in a cave where your voice's volume is multiplied by 4!" Meta Knight says, putting on his mask. "Sowwy..." I say, and then add, "The snow stopped! Almost. It's still snowing, but it's... er..." "Lighter." Star finishes, putting on her mask as well.

"Poy, I'm hungry..." I groan and sit on the floor. Star gives me some apples, and Meta Knight asks, "Did you sleep well, Kirby?" "Yes! Very well!" "No nightmares?" Meta Knight adds, and I look at him, about to inhale the apples. "No... how do you know I have nightmares?" "I check on you every night. And you are always moving in your bed. Your expression is never happy either." 

"0-0... Aw. Yay! No, I know you care about me!" I giggle, pretending to hug him, and he sighs, "Kirby, I am only looking out for you because no one else bothers to see if you are alright." Meta's eyes go red, and then turn yellow, "But that's good if you didn't have any nightmares."

"Poyo. What's the time?" "Uhh..." Star looks outside, and Meta Knight pulls out a clock.0-0. "5 o'clock." "Can we go back to the castle now? It's cold." I shiver, and Star gives me the cape I borrowed yesterday, "Give us five minutes, Kirby. Not everyone inhales their food." she says, and her eyes turn a light green. 

~Explanation Time~

Poy! Normally, the knights' eyes are one colour. And for example: 

Star's eyes are an emerald green, poy? So when she's happy, they turn lighter, depending on how happy she is.

If she's sad, they turn dark, and if she's angry, they turn very dark green.

~End Of Explanation Time~

~Timeskip~

After everyone is ready, we start going back to the castle. 

And it takes ages... and ages... and AGES...
