~In this world, wherever there is light – there are also shadows. As long as the concept of winners exists, there must also be losers. The selfish desire of wanting to maintain peace causes wars and hatred is born to protect love. -Madara Uchiha~
Pain-sama called me into his office, so that was the reason why I stood right in front of him. The Akatsuki and I worked together for four months now. There was only one job I had; healing. These idiots came back with so many injuries after every mission. It was so annoying. At least, I could put my amazing healing skills to good use. My mother started teaching me after I turned six. Since my village saw my potential, they were nice enough to continue teaching me. The other job I had was being a mom. Sounds exciting, right? I had the privilege to call most members my friends or children. Whatever you want to call it. Zetsu was surely not one of them. It wasn't like I cared. He seemed strange, scary, suspicious even.
"So... You wanted to talk to me, Pain-sama?" I broke the awkward silence. When it came to him, I always had to start the conversation. It wasn't bothering me. He was quite introverted. "Yes. I finally know how to put you to good use." The day arrived. I waited for this such a long time. "I won't tie you down to one team. It would be a waste of your ability. Instead you'll be send on missions with each team every once in a while. We still need you as our "medical professional"." Pain informed me, somewhat insulting me. "Don't forget about me being your personal cook, maid, and worst of all babysitter." I replied, giving him no time to reply. "Who cares though... It's my own fault. Now. When's my first mission?" Pain ignored my complains. He viewed me as too dramatic anyway. "Toworrow with Itachi and Kisame. You'll be capturing the nine tails. I already told the other two about the mission. You'll be heading out at seven. You're dismissed."
While walking back to my room, I was stuck in my thoughts. Nine tails, huh? I stopped in my tracks. My memories were wipped away years ago. The jutsu which I was suffering from had its flaws though. These one gone memories were slowly returning. Especially, when some used my so called "trigger words". I shook my head, getting out of my thoughts. "I'm a lucky one aren't I." I mumbled to myself in frustration.
I decided to make some onigiris for the mission. It was the perfect idea. First of all; I was able to distract myself, second of all; food. Two idiots entered the kitchen, while I finished up my food. My favorite idiots. "What are you doing, hmm?" Deidara asked. Seeming more interested than usually. "Fan boy 1! Fan boy 2!" I said as cheerly as always. Hidan glared at me. Blondie went to the onigiris. "I'm not a "fan boy", bitch." the Jashinist told me, being way too offended. I slapped Deidaras hand away with a warning look. "You are. Last time you were drunk you talked none stop about her, un." blondie exposed him. I smirked. Hidan was now glaring at Deidara.
"You're just upset because you aren't fan boy 1." I theorized, seemingly making him even more upset. "I'm not-" He stopped himself, now scoffing. "Whatever. Can I have some?" Hidan asked, trying to be as nice as possible. "Depends. What do you want?" I said. Intending for it to come of as flirty. He got red like a little sadistic tomato. "I'm talking about the food." He hated me so much right now. It was making me really happy. "Well, then not." I answered as I walked away with the onigiris.
------Mission time------
The three of use, meaning Itachi, Kisame and I, were on our way. To my dismay, the hidden leaf village was far away from our hideout. My crow didn't leave my side once. After four months I finally decided to name her; Rai. She was a really loyal bird of mine. Usually, I would never name one of my animals. I didn't want to get attached. But she... She was different. Not even leaving me when I was asleep or when I was in dager.
There was a second crow following us. No one, except me seemed to notice. It had a quite interesting eye. The crow seemed familiar. As if I already met it. But as already mentioned, my memories were erased. I wasn't able to remember why they did that. How funny.
Rai came back from checking out our surroundings, landing on my shoulder. The sign for troublesome people followed. She was warning me. I took out my mask. "There are annoying people coming our way. I'll handle them." They nodded while I put my mask on. There were three Shinobi's, I recognized them. I looked at my crow, she understood immediately, flying away. They stopped in front of us. I knew that they were in for a fight. Those kind of villagers were always ready.
"Didn't we kill the red spy?" One of them whispered to the man in the middle. All of them had their eyes on me. Scared that if they looked away, I would vanish. "Never thought she'd be so famous these days." I said to myself as I took a step forward. "Red spy." Kisame repeated her name. "Sounds familiar." Itachi said as the shark nodded in agreement. I turned to them. "No. It does not. And I'm not the red spy." At the end I turned back our current problem. "Why are you wearing her mask then?" One Ninja asked. The mask, which covered my face, was specifically made for the "Red spy". There was no mask like it. No one was allowed to copy it. "Well you see," I started, quickly moving behind them, "it's a sign of death." He took out a Kunai to stab me, but I grabbed his wrist and threw him behind me. The now possessed earth formed into a wall to catch him.
The other two couldn't even react as I jumped, kicking both of them away in the process. The earth was holding every single one of them in place. They couldn't move, regardless of how hard they tried. I walked up to the one man who stood in the middle before. My hand reached to my katana to pull it out. Being now on my knees to match his height, I grabbed his face, so he would look at me. I wasn't even paying attention to the fact that he was terrified. There was nothing that could distract me from the bloodlust I felt. "I can't believe that someone as pathetic as you claims to have killed the red spy, to have killed my mother." I let out a fake laugh. The anger was slowly taking over. " We all know what really happend." I added, now dropping my smile. "Y-y/n! I'm-" He wanted to apologize, hoping that this would stop me from killing. "Don't. She was sick and you took advantage of that." I whispered. Those were the last words he heard. I slit his throat open afterwards.
Rai was back by now, with wolves. I turned around to look at the wolves. "Kill them." I ordered as they got ready to catch their preys. Releasing the earth, which held the other two in place, my eyes moved to them. "You can escape if you're fast enough." They ran. Deep down knowing that they couldn't escape.
The mask was pulled down by me. While I looked after the two preys, Itachi and Kisame continued walking. Kisame was holding back some teasing comments. Itachi on the other hand was glaring at me. He looked away as soon as I turned to them. The distance between us made rush to my teammates sides.
A/n: I'm gonna make a quick explanation about your ability:
Due to your father, you are a part of the L/n clan. L/n's have a special chakra nature -> Blood Release. Every L/n has two chakra natures. For example: Beside Blood Release the L/n has also Water Release. In that case they can only control basically "bend" water when their blood is mixed with it. Water is the only thing the L/n is able to control though.
You're able to take control over anything by bleeding on it first. There's way more to it (obviously), but we'll discuss the rest later.
