(That's All - Genesis)

Aiko made herself a snack while talking to Deidara. Both of the teens didn't notice Itachi entering the room too. He didn't feel like talking anyway, so he didn't bother saying anything. "Aren't you supposed to train with Y/n-san." Deidara asked. "Well, we're working on the project this week." Aiko explained, putting the chips into a bowl. "She's still working on finding a cure for the Uchiha, hm?" Deidara wondered. He found out on accident. "Yup, seems like she really-" Aiko started, but got cut off by the still unnoticed Itachi.

"Y/n is working on what?" He asked with a slight hint of anger in his voice. The two flinched by the sudden sound. Aiko was the first one to turn around, that slowly. Deidara followed a few seconds later. "Oh Itachi-san! Y/n isn't working on anything." The girl tried to save herself. Neither of them were allowed to tell anyone, especially not Itachi. They didn't know why though.

The Sharingan user just sighed, knowing he wouldn't get any informations out of the two. He turned around, planning to have a little talk with Y/n. "Itachi! Don't! She's going to kill us!" Aiko yelled following him in hope to stop him. "She is?" Dei asked, not understanding why. The girl stopped following Itachi and looked at him in disbelief. "Of course!" She exclaimed. "I don't want to die!" Both of them followed the Uchiha, but they were too late. The door was locked shut.

You closed the stolen book from the Inuzuka clan. One of the clans from Konohagakure had something that could help you heal your friend. There was a problem though, you didn't know which one. "Rai? Could you bring me the book about the... Ehh... Naara's!" You requested, biting your fingernails, feeling a bit stressed. Your crow brought you the book. You sighed, while opening the book. "Here we go again."

You were interrupted by the door opening. You expected Aiko to walk down the stairs. "Stop wasting your time trying to find a cure." Itachi spoke, you never felt him being this angry with you. You put on a confused expression, "What are you talking about?" He grew even more furious. "Don't even try to lie." You stood up, walking towards him. "What's your problem?!" You asked loudly. "I already told you to stop. It's just a waste of time." He said, also raising his voice. "Why would you even try in the first place?" Itachi asked, being surprised by your stupidity. "Because I care about you!"

There was nothing, but silence. This took both of you by surprise. He just looked at you. You were too angry to analyze his expression. "You don't even know me. Accept the truth. I'm evil. A bad person." Itachi couldn't tell what made him so angry, so frustrated. Was it you? Himself? His past actions? "No. I don't care what you did, it lays in the past. No one can tell me that you are evil. Now let me continue. It's my time I'm wasting, not yours. I'm not getting in your way." You were wrong. You were getting in his way. For once he cared about dying. He didn't want to leave you. You were destroying his plans. "Why are you like this? I just don't understand."

You flinched at the sudden change of emotions. What were you supposed to say now? While he was on the edge of yelling, you were on the edge of crying. On the edge of letting all of your emotions out. "Because I love you. And not in a platonic way. I can't watch the people I love die. Not anymore." A awkward silence fell between the two of you. You looked on the floor, knowing that he glared. "I'm not made for love." That was all he had to say.

"I'm such a idiot for thinking I had a chance. It would be stupid for anyone to love me." You said, laughing at yourself. "You're right. It would be stupid to love someone...." Itachi started. This hatred, which he had for himself grew. "Like you." He finished. The hope of him saying that he lied was completely crushed. Holding back your tears was way harder now. "Now quit being stubborn and listen to me." He said, taking the informations you already had written down. "I don't need your pathetic help."

"You being mean won't change anything about me loving you." You walked past him, not bothering to look at him. If you wouldn't have been so angry, you would have noticed that he was lying. You knew how to read people, even when it came to an Uchiha.

Itachi realized, after you left, what he just did. One side of him just hated himself even more, while the other side told him that he did the right thing. Of course, he didn't think that it would be stupid to love you. Even if it would be stupid, Itachi wouldn't care. He liked the thought of loving someone like you. No matter what. You were a true goddess in his eyes. You were, even though you had a short temper, kind, caring, funny in a childish way, and beautiful. But oh well, Itachi's mind refused to tell you all that. He could talk about you for hours.

You had the same opinion about him. You also could talk about him for hours. You viewed him as perfect.
