I fixed some grammar errors in some of my previous chapters. So, you know, that's good. Hope you enjoy this chapter.

In the library, one could see Blyke sitting down at a table and studying. Books piled up near him and papers spread out on the table. He's been studying for like an hour now, this test was important for him, so he was already stressing enough about it. Blyke pinched his temples as he tried to refocus on his book again. It was relatively quiet for him until...

BAM!

A pile of books was dropped right next to him. Blyke stared at the books before looking up at the person who dropped them... Hey! It's Remi!

"Remi!"

"I don't understand why teachers always like to give out tests at the end of the quarter. Now I have to make up like a million exams!" Remi patted her hands as if trying to dust off her hands.

Blyke closed the book he was reading. "When did you get back?"

"Late last night." Remi took a seat in front of Blyke and started reading a textbook. "Alright, Blyke. Fill me in. What happened while I was gone?"

"Nothing much, really. We won Turf Wars against Agwin last Sunday." Blyke stated casually as he waved his book.

"Hm? Did Seraphina substitute for me?" Remi replied while looking over her textbook.

"What? How'd you know?" Blyke asked.

Remi looked up from her book and stared at Blyke. "Everyone in the hallway has been talking about how Seraphina kicked Arlo's ass in Turf Wars. Honestly, it's about time those two fought it out. They've always had beef with each other."

Blyke sweatdropped. "Er, Remi. That's not what actually happened."

Remi raised an eyebrow. Really? That didn't actually happen? "So, what happened then?"

Blyke looked around to see if anyone was eavesdropping. Like Isen. Honestly, he's always around somewhere to hear that juicy information.

He leaned over to Remi and whispered into her ear. "Well, I wasn't supposed to tell anyone, but since it's you, it's fine. You know that new student. (Y/N). Right? Well, he kicked Arlo's ass. The thing about Seraphina was only a cover story."

Remi's eyes widened. "Really?! I've heard people talking about him in the halls when he first showed up, saying how he had some unknown ability that he kept secret."

Blyke nodded. "Yeah, but I learned what it was. He had this strange ability called Ultra Instinct. I think he said something about his body fighting or something. Anyway, he was strong enough to destroy Arlo's barrier, and he knocked him out."

Remi blinked. "Well, maybe I should meet him someday. What kind of guy is he?"

Blyke shrugged. He didn't know, honestly. "Well, he seems like a nice enough guy. Strangely enough, he didn't want to be King after he beat Arlo. He said something about not being dragged into the hierarchy or something. I sort of forgot what he said exactly."

"Well, he seems nice enough. I'd like to meet him when I have time."

Blyke nodded before going back to his book. The two sat in silence for a minute before Blyke asked a question. "By the way. Why did you go home so suddenly? I don't think you've ever told Isen or I."
