Eventual OP...
"Seraphina! Why didn't yo--! Hey! You're not Seraphina!"
(Y/N) smirked before pointing to himself. "You expected Sera to walk in first? Too bad! It was me, (Y/N)!"
The blueberry haired girl who (Y/N) assumed was Elaine stood horrified. Where was her friend?! Why did he walk in instead of her! What did he do to her! She was about to ask until Seraphina walked through the door. "Seraphina! Where were you last night? Why didn't you answer any of my texts? Why is this guy here! I was worried sick for you!"
Seraphina started taking off her shoes "..."
"Were you hanging out with that loser cripple again?!"
"..!"
Elaine swiped her arm. "I DON'T GET WHY YOU'RE ALWAYS WITH HIM! YOU'RE MAKING YOURSELF LOOK BAD!"
"He doesn't even have an ability! Besides! I bet this guy with you is just as weak as him! You shou--!"
"Elaine." The world around us turned grey. (Y/N) saw Elaine's entire body turn grey as well except for her face. "I've told you before. What I do, is none of your business."
Sera walked to her room while dropping her ability. Causing Elaine to fall. "Come on, (Y/N). Let's go."
(Y/N) blinked before walking towards her room. Sera shut the door when he entered. Definitely not doing anything suspicious or anything.
Nope. Not at all.
(Y/N) laid down on Sera's bed while she unpacked. He was still tired. He went to bed late and woke up early. Fuck his life right now. "So, tell me why I'm here again?"
(Y/N) saw Sera placing her bags next to his head before grabbing her stuffed bear out of her bag and placing it on her dresser. She started taking her clothes out of the bag and placing them on his leg since he took up a lot of room on her bed.
She shrugged. "Dunno, just wanted you to come along with me."
"Tch." (Y/N) grunted out. "Sera with her Seraphina answers."
Sera smiled before grabbing her phone out of her pocket. It was a text from John. He apologized for snapping today and reminded her to keep that book hidden from others. She grabbed the book before reading the small message about the dedication to the authors son.
"Hey, mind if I read that for a second?" (Y/N) hasn't read that book in a long time. He left his copy of the book back at his apartment in his home town.
Sera looked at him before looking back at the book. Shrugging, she tossed him the book, which he easily caught laying down. He skimmed through the beginning since he read the whole thing before but forgot some minor things.
Both of them heard knocking on the door. (Y/N) quickly tossed the book back into the bag while Sera went to open the door. "Arlo..."
(Y/N) lifted himself to see a blonde-haired kid standing by the door. He looked around his height. Wait a minute. Arlo...
"Oh, and Arlo, the King of Wellston."
Arlo? As in the one Keene mention? King of Wellston Arlo? That Arlo?
"Hey." Arlo had this smirk. He didn't know why, but that smirk seemed to emit a lot of arrogance. "Wow, you look beautiful toda--!"
"No." Sera tried closing her door. Only to be stopped by Arlo's hand, stopping the door from fully closing.
"Wait!" Arlo pushed the door fully open. "At least hear me out. Will you?"
Sera crossed her arms. "Go on, then."
"We were challenged to a Turf war, and it starts six hours from now. But we're down a member. So, I need you to sub in for Queen."
"..." Sera thought for a second. "Nope. I'm not interested in turf wars. BYE." She tried closing the door once more but was stopped by Arlo again.
"Serious?!" Arlo pushed the door all the way open again. "Seraphina, I know it's boring for you. But as Wellston's true Queen, this is your responsibility! I've been running the show for you until now. But today. I need a Queen."
"Where's Remi?" She questioned. "Why isn't she going?"
"She had to go home for the week. Family emergency." Sera pondered for a moment before Arlo spoke again. "Don't worry. You won't need to fight those weaklings. The Jack and I will take care of everything. You just sit back and watch the show."
Here's (Y/N)'s first impression of Arlo, 1. He barges in like an asshole. 2. He comes in like an asshole even when she says NO. 3. He LOOKS like an asshole. 4. He wants her as a replacement/only for her powers, which makes him an asshole. 5. He stands like an asshole. 6. He calls people 'weaklings' like an arrogant asshole. 7. He smirks like an asshole. So all he got from him is an asshole. Need I say more?
Sera cupped her fingers under her chin. Should she go? She didn't have to go. But, Remi has been subbing in for her ever since she retired. It's the least she could do. "Fine, but on one condition."
Arlo smirked. "Name it."
"I bring along (Y/N) with me." Sera pointed towards her bed. Arlo tilted his head to see someone sitting on her bed. Right now (Y/N) had his jaws dropped. What the shit Sera!? Don't start dragging him all over the place now!
Arlo stared at him for a moment before turning back to Sera. "Who's he?"
"He's my friend. If he can't come along, then I won't go."
Arlo thought for a moment before answering. "Fine."
(BREAK)
This is the exact opposite of what he wanted. He wanted to stay away from the royals. But, nope. Sera had to have him come with her. He should've gone back to his dorms yesterday night. Right now, he saw everyone doing their own thing. Sera sat next to him, playing some Slappy Pigs. Blyke had music blasting into his ears. Blueberry girl taking a nap, and Arlo, he just smirked to himself. Man, this guy is radiating arrogance all over the place. He can feel it from here.
(Y/N) sighed before rubbing the bridge of his nose. Well, it could be worst. It's not like I'll be doing much.
