Chapter 15: Interrogation

(Y/N) sat in his math classroom, waiting for the day to be over. Just another day, right?

Anyway, John texted him earlier saying that he was at the Doc's office. Said something about a wrist being broken in an interview? He didn't get the specifics. He sounded a bit pissed when he talked to him on the phone. But he didn't think much of it.

Now, normally when John was in the infirmary he would've come to visit him alone or with Sera. But since this was a daily occurrence he started slipping up in some of his subjects. So he decided to not visit him right now. He did send his regards though.

(Y/N) leaned back on his chair while he had his hands behind his head after he finished up a problem on his paper. It was almost the end of class. After his math class, he had History and then lunch right after. Maybe he could visit John during lunchtime to see how he was doing.

Suddenly, the school's loudspeaker went off.

"Seraphina, please report to the main office."

(Y/N)'s eyes widened before sitting back up. Why was she being called to the main office? Wait a minute... Didn't she say she got caught reading unOrdinary? Well shit. No wonder she's being called.

(Y/N) inwardly prayed that Sera didn't do anything stupid when she got there. No. She won't do anything reckless. Would she?

Hopefully not. (Y/N) sighed before he heard the bell rung. It was his cue to leave now.

Seraphina was walking down the hallway. She was planning on visiting John in the infirmary since his wrist was injured. She wasn't sure how. But he'd probably tell her when she got there.

"Seraphina, please report to the main office."

Seraphina's eyes widened for a fraction. She was expecting this, but not this soon. Whispers could be heard in the hallways. Seraphina saw people talking about how she was called to the main office. Honestly, this isn't some rare thing to happen to people.

She sighed before heading down to the main office to get it over with. She tried to think of some ways to prevent John and (Y/N) from getting involved in this. But she'd have to wait until she knew what she was dealing with.

(BREAK)

Seraphina opened door to the main office lobby. Sitting down on a chair was Elaine. She seemed to be a mess right now.

Sera started walking towards the main office door. On her way there she turned her head towards Elain and gave her a small glare, who turned her head to avoid her gaze.

She kept walking towards the door before fixing her off-shoulder school jacket and entering the office.
