The next day Adira sat at her usual table for lunch after (cleaning the barracks with the other cadets) with Hange, Erwin, Levi, and Mike. Hange groans and slouches in her spot.
"What's wrong?" Adira asks hesitantly.
"I was up all night doing more research, and then of course shorty over here made us clean everything." She says. "Hold on," Hange gets up and heads towards the kitchen and returns with a bottle of wine. "Who wants some?" She pours herself and Adira a glass.
Levi sticks with his tea, Erwin declines, and Mike takes a cup. Levi takes a glimpse over to Adira who already finished her drink.
"Don't you think you're too young to be drinking wine?" He says with his eyes narrowed.
Hange cackles and raises an eyebrow. "She's twenty-five." Adira watches in amusement. "Or did you not know that?"
"Of course, I knew that dumbass." He bluffs.
Adira decides to say something, "Don't you think you're too short to be cleaning the top shelf of the cupboard?" She returns. Hange stares at Adira in shock and covers her mouth to stop the laughter.
Levi just stares at Adira with that cold look. She knew she was going to in some deep shit later on but went back to her food and drink.
He gives her a deadly stare and finishes his drink.
"I'll see you on the field, Belmont." He says walking away with his monotone voice.
"Oh, you're going to die," Hange states staring at the table.
Adira shrugs her shoulders and sips some more wine.

Adira walked around the training field while the cadets sparred and trained with others, giving some hints and tips to those who needed it. Adira stopped in front of her squad and watched.
"Hey! You play dirty," Whines Nyla, sprawled on the ground with Mia standing above her. Mia sticks her hand out and Nyla grabs onto it, getting pulled up. Nyla tries to flip Mia onto her back, but can she see through Nyla's innocent façade and kicks her back down.
"Nice moves, Mia," Adira says, helping Nyla off of the ground.
"I learned from the best." She replies nudging Adira.
Adira smiled inwardly and gave Mia a side hug.
"Belmont, get your ass over here!" Levi yells over to her, arms crossed and a normal frown on his face.
"Oh shit," Noah says.
Adira walks over to the middle of the field where Levi stood, people watching with fear for her. Levi gets into his fighting position and Adira gets into hers. People whisper making bets on who's going to win, most betting on Levi.
Adira analyzes his stance, it was perfect. It would be hard for her to take him out, maybe even land some punches but that wouldn't stop her. She waits for him to make the first move not budging from her spot, Levi notices and charges.
He lifts his hand up to punch her in the face but fakes it and aims for her ribs. Adira quickly perries it away and throws a punch towards him.
Hange and Erwin exit the barracks from the noise and commotion outside.
"OH! Who's going to win?" Hange asks Erwin. Erwin shakes his head,
"They're too stubborn to let the other win,"
Adira throws a kick towards his shins, attempting to swipe him. He jumps out of the way and manages to throw a few punch combinations at her chest.
Adira grunts and throws combinations of punches and kicks, managing to get a few hits on him. Both of them are panting, bodies slick with sweat and out of breath.
"Going to give up yet?" He throws more kicks and Adira gives a tired smirk.
"Never."
The sun was now setting, and all the people now retired to the kitchens for food. Hange watches out the window.
"They've been going at this for hours," People were still watching, both not giving up.
"As I said, they're too stubborn," Erwin answers Hange.
