The Little Mermaid 1989 (Disney)

I heard this song almost didn't make it. I'm glad it did because it wouldn't be the same. 

This is about a young mermaid name Ariel who dreams about being human and being on land. She collected special treasures from the above world and had a secret hiding place for them which her father discovers and destroy it. She went to see the sea witch Ursulla who grant her, her wish to have lags but with no voice and she has to get the prince to fall in love with her in three days. It was hard because Eric search for the girl with the voice and since she didn't talk, he didn't believe that it was her. He almost got married to the wrong woman and all the animals attack. Ariel's voice was freed and Eric realized it was her. They had to fight that sea witch and in the end her father gave her back her legs and she could live happily ever after. I always enjoy it but I do prefer her beginnings just because I like learning about her family as a whole. This movie only focus on Ariel and then in the next movie Return to the sea focus on her daughter Melody.
