Last year during earth week I watched both The Jungle Book and The Jungle Book 2. Now this year I am doing Earth month and today I decided to watch The Jungle Book life action. It's interesting to see how much a movie could be different between the original animation to life action. Some better then others. Like with the Lion King while I did enjoy the life action and it was the perfect date movie but I feel that it was the same exact thing as the animation version and the lions were ugly looking.
With the Jungle Book I can say the life action is better then the original animation. Yeah I miss all those songs but there was a couple that made it in like "The Bare Necessities" and "I wanna be like you" which are the best songs anyways. I think they did a great job translating from animation to life action. I also really liked that we get to know more about Mowgli's father and why the Tiger hates him. I love the action in this and it's funny how the animals call "fire" "The Red Flower." It was great.
A/N: Speaking of life actions. I had just watched the Little Mermaid movies and did reviews. I do plan on watching the life performance later and the series but I been wondering. When will they have the life action? I have heard about it last year and then nothing. When are we getting it?
