Cliff Second (Bill Campbell) is a cocky stunt pilot in love with a beautiful actress, Jenny Blake (Jennifer Connelly), When he discovers a jet pack hidden in a biplane. Cliff straps on the rocket, dons a flashy helmet and becomes the high-flying hero known as The Rocketeer. But when Nazis want to use the rocket as a weapon, Cliff must use his alter ego to both protect Jenny from an evil actor (Timothy Dalton) and save the day in this period adventure based on the comic books by Dave Stevens.
I thought it was interesting. It was set in 1938 in Los Angeles, California. I watched this movie for a movie night with Rachel. It will be the only movie night we would have this month because she would be busy with work at the Salem Witch Museum. Also I want to let all of you know that Disney+ have a new feature. It's "Group watch" well you can watch a movie with your friends like the watch party on Amazon Prime. But with this one you can't chat each other on there. You would have to just normally text which is what we did. We talked about our days and what is going on in the movie as well as my birthday coming up. I also told her that I am thinking about leaving that messenger group that Ashley created that Josh is also in because he haven't message the group at all, or talk to me for months, or even accepted my friend request so we can be friends again. It makes me sad seeing that he's in the group but haven't been talking to me to be friends with me again and because of how much it hurts and how much I still do miss him I want to get out of that group and completely separate from him since it is obvious that, that is what he wants. There is no such thing as "soon." You can also share emoji's too which is cool.
Anyways, back to the movie I couldn't believe it was a Disney movie because someone gotten killed. I liked the movie and I thought it was weird. Wouldn't want to be in any of those airplanes. I hope things will go back to normal soon so we can travel. I liked that this was set in a certain time and place.
