Descendants is a book series. The first book "The Isle of the Lost" was published on April 21, 2015 while the first Descendants movie premiered on August 2015. I would like to read the book because I heard that there are other characters in it that we don't see in the movies. Some we met in the shorts "Wicked World" that take place after the events of the first movie. There's only 2 seasons so it was on in between the first and second movies. The first season episodes would be 5 or 6 minutes long while the second season episodes would be like 3 or 4. We are introduced to new characters that I wished were part of the movies. China Anne McClain played Freddy who is the daughter of Dr. Fracilier. She was in Descendants 2 as Uma the daughter of Ursulla. And in Descendants 3 we meet Fracilier's other daughter Cece. I wish we could have seen more of Freddy. I should read the books sometime. There also a few musical moments including a couple of music videos. I would love to be Mal for Halloween.
