I don't remember if I have seen this before today. I don't remember but there are so many Disney movies I have never seen before and I never thought that was possible since I love Disney. In this movie everyone are mice. The bad guy is a rat by the name of Professor Ratigan. Ratigan has a pet cat who he feed his mice slaves to when they do something to make him upset. He also has a bat who does all the work for him. On the mice side there is a dog. Anyways, it's about a girl name Olivia and her father who was taking by Ratigan. Olivia had to see the great mouse detective to find her father.She also met a doctor and together they track down Ratigan and saved her father. They got back and Olivia and her father went home. This was the beginning of a beautifuly partnership between Dr. Dawson and the Great Mouse Detective Basil. I thought it was a good movie and I enjoyed it.
