The loud bang that we heard was from the north side of the territory, even Lucas didn't tell us what was happening there I already knew what kind of intruder dared to give us a negative threat and I don't like that.

I motioned my mate to meet the outrageous guest. He holds my hand and leads the way to the border. Guardians are behind us and our friends, who are just calm as I am they knew what to do with this kind of behavior.

Looking at my mate his pupil changes in shade, he is talking to his wolf. He glance at me and smiled weakly.

"What did Wolfrik say? " I asked him still walking our way to the waiting bastards.

"He doesn't want you to meet them, he said that they don't deserve your presence! " I halt on my way and look at him. I didn't know what kind of rules this Shadow pack has but the way Tharn conveys the emotion of Wolfrik makes me wonder.

"Why? " everyone is waiting for his answer, he took a deep breath and face us.

"They tried to kidnap Grace before in exchange for the Alpha position of midnight pack, but their plan failed because they were ambushed by wolfhound hunters on their way! " my mouth agape, shock is an understatement. But instead of going back the urge of killing those people is much stronger than earlier.

"What kind of pack are they? " I asked him again.

"They were called a cult pack, they offer virgins omegas who got rejected by their mates to the unknown goddess. We can't intervene with that culture because it's their pack's rule, but some packs around them hate them and fear them at the same time! " the way he spoke those words is full of anger. I know he wants to end this pack, but what's stopping them.

"What's stopping you to end them? They are killing their kind! " he took a deep breath and hold my hands.

"The Alpha of the pack is the one who gave rules and orders, there are innocent pack members who need saving, and as I said we can't intervene. Once we did, more innocent will get killed the possibility of wars between wolf pack is higher, not to mention that we are dealing with hunters also. " what he said is true.

"Then let's kill their Alpha! Chosen one! " Raven said. It made me smile.

They look at me with confused they knew that Raven has a suggestion.

"Let's go" I motioned them to go, they wanted to ask but they choose to keep their mouth shut. But not my mate.

"What are you planning? " he holds my arms to stop me. "Don't make me worry sweetheart! We can ask Zeta to finish them if you want! " Tharn's voice is full of concern. I look around but they were just there standing and waiting for every move.

"We are the Alpha of this pack we have a goal of unity, we can try to convince them but I want to see them first to know their motives, and if they show any disrespect towards us, this will be their last day! " I walk ahead, leaving them behind. I feel the tension starting to build up. It's a small war if the shadow pack chooses the wrong side.
