Psycho bitch - 10

I was still thinking about how to get her distracted, but nothing came to mind the only thing I could think about was the pain, my entire body was hurting my legs, arm, back, I couldn't even sit up anymore, but I'm going to have to force myself to if I want to get my phone, I could pretend someone's here or outside and call out to them, there's a window right above me it would be pretty easy to pretend someone's there.

When I see the right moment that she's not looking at me, I force myself up and look over the window, and fake gasp to get her attention, then begin to call out, "what the hell are you doing?" "Help, up here!" I say, "fuck, you have to be kidding me," she cursed and grabs the knife, once she was gone for sure gone I drag myself towards the end of the bed and reach over to the phone but because of the chain on my ankle I couldn't reach but I was so close, I adjust myself and reach further for it until I finally get it, I sigh in relief but I took too long and I'll have to call him quick, I just hope he doesn't decline thinking it's Poki.

Cameron's POV

Last night Tobi brought Mason over and we tried to think of what we should do, Mason said that his friend, Matt, was pretty good with tech so maybe if I call her and talk to her long enough he could track her down, or whenever we meet up we stay in a call and then alert the police, I'm just scared what's going to happen to Eric, I hope that she actually sticks to her word and lets Eric go, knowing her she might have something planned. In the morning I was laying on my back I couldn't sleep, I'm was too anxious about Eric, how could I? I let Tobi and the other guys sleep at my house, it was too late and they all live pretty far so I let them crash here with some spare pillows and blankets, I got up, put on a shirt,  and head downstairs I go to the kitchen passing everyone in the living room, I notice Tobi making some coffee and she noticed me, "couldn't sleep, either?" She asked softly, "no, I'm so worried about him," I say, she nods in agreement then my phone rings startling the both of us, it was from Eric's phone, I hesitate to answer. I look up at Tobi, "what do you want?" "Cam?" I hear Eric on the other line, he sounded scared and weak, "Eric? Where are you? Are you ok?" I concern, "I don't know where I am" he sobs, "send us your location quickly, we're coming" I assure, "o-ok. What the hell do you think you're doing?" the call ends just as Tobi's phone gets a notification, "I got it" she smiles, "we gotta go quick," I say grabbing my keys and jacket, "alright I'll wake everyone up," she rushes to the living room, once everyone was awake we rush into our cars Tobi sends me the address, and I drove so fast my tires were probably on fire.

When we were close I park further from it, so we could sneak in, it was an old building, "I remember this now, this used to be an arcade, I used to go here a lot on my birthday" Tobi whispers, Mason and Jay were right behind us, "there are 8 floors though how are we supposed to know where he is," Jay states, I sigh he's right, "ok uh... Jay, you should stay near the entrance so if she tries to run away you'll catch her, Mason you can either come with Tobi and me or stay with Jay," I look above some bushes and I think for a quick second I saw a hand out the window, "I think he might be at the very top, I saw something" I state, "ok, I'll stay with Jay" Mason decides.

We quietly and sneakily walked over to the front entrance, the entire building was colored in a worn-out blue and purple swirl, most of the carpets were ripped out, when we walked in we see a snack bar, there were a couple of old snacks in there, we also found some dried up blood on the wall, Tobi and I slowly go up the next couple of steps to the second floor. The higher up we went the more ruined the arcade rooms were. One of the rooms had a broken disco ball and another still had an arcade game working, it was turned on but I don't think it's work well. We were halfway up to the 6th floor when we hear someone crying for help, Tobi and I look at each other then both rushes up the steps, and we nearly there when Tobi comes face to face with Poki, just as she was going to run down, Tobi punches her in the face, making her fall back, "go get Eric" she says, going to pin Poki on the floor and I rush up the stairs Poki swings as both of us nearly getting us in the stomach, I look around the room and spot Eric laying down on an old bloody mattress, he was balled up and crying into his knees "baby, I'm here now..." I whisper comforting, I notice the chains attached to his ankle, I look around for something to break it with, it was pretty rusty so it was probably going to be easy to break, I heard a loud thump and stumbling I look up and see Tobi and Poki must have fallen down the stairs because they were no longer at the top of the steps, I see the chair and medkit, I find a pretty big rock between them and with a few hits on the chain it breaks and I was able to let Eric free, "Hey baby, you're ok just hold onto me" he couldn't quite move, I could tell it was hard for him due to all the bruises and cuts. I swear to god I'm going to make Poki pay for this, she'll regret ever touching him. I pick him up bridal style and quickly but carefully walk down the stairs, he hid his face in my shoulder/chest and when I get to the door I see outside Jay laying on the ground in pain, Tobi and Mason looked panicked, I walk out and noticed Jay was stabbed, Mason's hand was over the wound while Tobi comforted him, "that psycho bitch stabbed me" Jay exclaims, "we need to go now." I say and Tobi and Mason quickly help Jay up, that rush to the car and I rush into mine-laying Eric down in the back but he didn't want to let go of me, "baby we have to get you and Jay to the hospital, so you need to let me to go" I say, "I don't want to" he whimpers, I look at Tobi who had just started her car, she looks at me worried and wondering what's going on up here, I signal for them to go, she nods and begins to drive off, I look back at Eric, who was still latched onto me, his face and arms were covers in the dirt you could see the trail of his tears as they rolled down his cheeks, "hey, I'm going to be right in front of you ok? We need to get your leg checked and get you cleaned up" I say "can I go in the front with you?" "I don't know if you'll be able to, you're pretty hurt, it's better if you lay down," just as I finish my sentence I hear the bushes ruffle behind, my heart raced thinking it could be Poki and I'm guessing Eric heard it too because he finally let go of my shirts, "we'll be there quick" I assure and close the door, rushing to the other side of the car to start the car and speeding away from the old creepy abandon arcade, as we drive away from it I see the arcade sign, it was all faded and worn out so I couldn't see the name of it but I hope we won't have to go back.

Eric's POV

I slowly open my eyes to the bright hospital lights beaming on my face, I squint my eyes then rub them surprisingly my body doesn't hurt as much as it used to I could sit up a bit better now, I look around the room and see I was alone, completely alone, my heart raced, I could hear it on the monitor right next to me and I notice there was drip attached to my arm, I start to panic, looking around for Cameron I don't want to be alone, I was just about to get out of bed when one of the nurses walks in, "hey... hey calm down" she says in a soft tone, "C-Ca-Camron where is he?" I try to see through the small crack in the door, "I'm not sure sweetheart, but I need you to sit down" Tobi and Mason come into the room, "Eric? You're awake!" Tobi exclaims, I calm down a bit seeing them, but I needed to know if Cam was ok, after Poki came into the room, she nearly caught me on the phone, she told me was going to kill Cam whether or not she gets her money if I do anything like that again and I don't doubt that I sit down, anxiously, "what's wrong?" Mason asks, "where's Cam?" I question, "he just left, he had an emergency at work and wasn't able to take the day off" Tobi explains, that's probably so far, "and Jay? Is he ok?" "Yeah he fine, he's recovering as well," she says as the nurse walks out the room, "are you going to be ok? Or do you want one of us to stay here with you?" Mason asks I tear up again I just want to see Cam, both of them sit next to me and hug me "you're ok now" Tobi says softly, "I'll tell Cameron you're awake" Mason gives me a small comforting smile, I nod, but now that I think about it all this happened because of him, because he lied to me, what else could he be lying to me about? I am worried about him and a part of me wants to believe it wasn't his fault that he probably didn't know this was going to happen, that and that he knew what he was doing, I like Cam a lot and I want to be with him even if he doesn't, which is why I'm so determined to get him to like me back, but after this I can only ask myself what else might he be lying to me about, I haven't lost all trust in him but if it might risk my life then maybe it's worth mentioning.
