It was once again nightfall, Aang Zuko and I have been practicing fire bending all day. Well me a little more air bending then fire bending and hurting myself but that's besides the point. The wall just moved. At the moment Zuko is pouring tea to give to everyone.

"No one can make tea like Uncle , but hopefully I learned a thing or two. Would you like to hear Uncle's favorite tea joke?" Zuko said as he passed the cups around. I laid my head on Aang's shoulder and sipped my tea.

"Sure." Katara said as I reached out and pulled a bit of flame from the fire letting it dance around my hand.

     "I like jokes."

"Watch he don't know it." I snorted quietly causing my brother to glare at me.

    "Bring it!"

"Okay." He serves tea to The Duke and Haru and stands up with his tray. Then he gets quiet and sighs "Well, I can't remember how it starts, but the punch line is 'Leaf me alone, I'm bushed!' Well, it's funnier when Uncle tells it." I burst out laughing.

     "So called it!"

"Right...maybe that's because he remembers the whole thing." Everyone else joins in and laughs with me. Zuko smiles a little.

"It's nice to get a chance to relax a little. It hardly ever happens." Zuko hands tea to Teo and Toph. He subsequently approaches Sokka.

"Hey, can I talk to you for a second?" Sokka asks then stands up and walks out.

"Wonder what that's about." Aang said then looks at me and smiles. I pulled my hand back and made the flame go away.

"Aang.." I mumbled leaning my face closer to his. He blushed subtly and lightly pecked my lips. "You're cute." I smiled before moving to stand up and walking away. I noticed him right behind me as I walked in the direction of the statues.

"Why are you coming this way?"

"Meditation is required in this room. I've never been able to really reach the spirit world. I've barely been in the protector state as is. You should be able to help me with that." He looks shocked.

"Oh you know I can't enter the avatar state after what your sister did."

"She's not my sister but maybe we can help each other a little." I said before sitting in the middle of the statues. He nodded and sat in front of me. Our knees barely touched in our meditating stance. He closed his eyes putting his fists together. I bit my lip then relaxed and copied him.

     *time skip*

"Aang?" I mumbled opening my eyes. I looked around and noticed the murky little island with a scary look before sighing and shaking my head and walking around. "Spirits?"

"WHO GOES THERE?" I jumped and squealed before turning to see a monkey? I bowed my head slightly. "Oh just you. Where's the bald one?" I giggled quietly.

    "Avatar Aang has a blo-"

     "I don't care. Go away."

"Rude." I mumbled before walking away. I thought I saw a slight movement to my right but when I turned to look no one was there. I looked around then turned to walk forward only to jump at the sight of Avatar Roku.

"Protector Ardema." I beamed and bowed my head.

"Great Grandfather, Avatar Roku!" He patted my head lightly.

"What can I do for you?"

"How can I help Aang?" He hummed and then started to drift around signaling me to follow. I hopped over a fallen branch and reached his side quickly.
