TOGETHER AGAIN [levi ackerman x reader]

Weird Occurrence

It has been a month after the first mission. All of us were gathered together in the mess hall, ready to eat some lunch. "Hey guys," I say. breaking the silence. "Where are you all going for the day break we have?"

"We are all planning to go home to visit our parents since we haven't seen them in a long time," Connie replied, while taking a bite of his bread as he notices Sasha on the side drooling all over her already empty lunch tray. Connie rolled his eyes as he rips off a piece of bread and gives it to her.

Cute.

Sash kisses Connie's cheeks as a way of thanking him for the bread. A shade of pink instantly covers Connie's cheeks. 

Looks like someone is shy.

Mikasa, Eren, and I stay by the side watching them and just gave each other the same expression saying, "They totally like each other."

After we finish eating, we all headed to our individual rooms and started packing to leave for the day.

"Look at you, y/n, you look so gorgeous with that dress on. Where are you going? Are you going to meet your boyfriend?" Sasha asks me with her big brown eyes staring me down.

I look at her and Mikasa and chuckle. "Yes Sasha, I'm going to see him today. Thought I get dressed up a little since I haven't seen him since joining the Survey Corps."

"OHHHHHH", Mikasa and Sasha said in unison, while looking at each other.

For reference, you were wearing a red spaghetti strap dress that stopped right above your knees with black knee high boots on. Your long black hair was curled and hanged all the way down to your lower back. You looked in the mirror and admired how you looked. "Alright guys, I'm heading out! See you guys later and have fun!" I scream while heading out. I walked myself to the last place that Jean and I met up in. I sat on the bridge and waited for about 3 minutes when I felt two hands hovering over my eyes. I reacted quick by grabbing their hand and twisting it in the process. I turned around, while still twisting their hand hard. I realize who it is and my face lightens up.

"OW! Wow babe, you're getting so strong," he says, while giving off his signature smirk, rubbing his right wrist with his left hand.

"JEAN!" I scream as I jump on him, causing him to fall back a little, but luckily, he caught me with his hands as they rested on the back of my upper thighs. He hugs me tighter as he takes me on for a spin and then carefully puts me down.

"Hey baby, I missed you so much," Jean said, while holding me in his warm embrace. I feel his breath run by my face as I nuzzle myself in his warm chest, my arms wrapped around his torso. He kisses my forehead twice and we break apart.

"How have you been?" I ask him, as we start walking down the bridge, interlocking our fingers. 

"Everything's been great. I met some new people. I just missed you too much," Jean said, planting a small kiss on my cheek. "How about you?"

"Same! I made new friends too. Everyone is nice and I love it!" I reply, while releasing my hands from his and latching both my arms around his right arm. We continue to walk side by side, not taking our eyes off each other and catch up with each other.

LEVI'S POV*

I walk my way to the teashop to buy more black tea since I ran out. I quickly walk in the shop and come out a few minutes later. As I look up, I see y/n with a familiar looking man next to her. Before I resume walking, I feel my head throb again, as I try to hold myself up not wanting to cause a scene. Shit. Why does it hurt every time I see her? Is she the one I'm looking for?  I pull out my necklace and look at it as I start to walk again. Soon enough, I feel myself bump into someone. Because of my quick reflexes, I catch her right before she lands on the floor. 

Y/N? 

She stares at me with her big brown eyes. "Captain?" she looks at me with a raised eyebrow as I hold her waist and she holds on to my neck with both of her arms. I let her go and help her up.

Y/N'S POV*

I look up and realized that it was Captain Levi who had caught me. I look down and notice his necklace dangling in my face and my head starts to hurt once again. Why did it look so familiar?? I look up and see a scar underneath his dark hair as it shifts in the wind. Isn't that a similar scar that I have on my forehead??

LEVI'S POV*

"Babe!" The familiar man screams. She turns around and looks over. "Gosh I leave you for 2 minutes and you manage to almost fall," he exclaims.

"I'm okay Jean, good thing Captain caught me," she said, while looking at me.

JEAN'S POV*

"Oh thank y-" My eyes widen after I realize who it is. LEVI! What the hell? He's her captain? I feel my anger rising as I clench my fists. I look at him, squinting my eyes. HE'S STILL ALIVE??

back to LEVI POV*

The familiar man looks at me- his eyes full of anger. Why was he so angry? Why did my head hurt when I saw him or when I saw y/n?  We looked at each other until y/n spoke up. "Oh uh, Captain, this is Jean, my boyfriend. Jean, this is my Captain, Captain Levi of the survey corps," she says, attempting to lessen the awkwardness between 2 people who just met. 

"Nice to meet you," I say, holding out my hand to shake his hands out of respect. He shakes my hand while still eyeing me down hard.

 "What are you doing here Captain?" she askes me.

"Just here to buy some tea," I say while holding my bag up to show her. She nodded as her mouth formed an "o" shape.

"Well, thank you Captain, for catching me. I'll see you back in the HQ's," she says as she gets ready to leave. I nodded and made way for her to walk through.

back to Y/N'S POV*

I walked past Captain Levi with Jean on the other side of me. I couldn't help but feel that their first meeting was so awkward. I mean, I don't expect them to like each other maybe, but it didn't have to be that awkward. I sighed and continued walking. After a few minutes, a voice interrupts my thoughts. "Hey y/n, he's your captain?" Jean asks me, while emphasizing the word "captain".

"Yes Jean. Why?" I ask him, clearly confused. 

"Nothing... he just doesn't look too friendly.... Stay away from him", Jean says while avoiding my gaze and looking down. 

"What? Jean. He's my captain. I have to see him almost everyday." 

"Okay okay, I'm just saying, if you don't have to meet with him, then don't."

"C'mon babe, you're overreacting." 

I sigh and continue walking forward as Jean and I finish the date for the day. Around 9 p.m., Jean drops me off in front of the HQ's and we kiss each other goodbye and I walk in. I open the door to my room as Sasha and Mikasa are in there talking on their beds.

"Hey y/n! Welcome back! How was your day?" Sasha approached me, while draping her arms around me.

"Hey guys, I had a great day, except I met Captain on the way."

"Really?" Sasha and Mikasa said in unison.

"Hehe yes," I answer. I walk over to our small closet and pull out my pajamas. "I'm going to take a shower guys. You guys can sleep without me first."

"Alright, good night y/n," Mikasa says, while Sasha is already sound asleep in her bed.

I walk out of the shower after 15 minutes and hop into bed, thinking about the weird occurrence today.
