Going Back

Y/N POV*

"Brat, let's go."

I nodded and closed the door behind me and caught up to Captain Levi walking faster ahead. He was going to take me to see Jean today. Though I miss him, I haven't completely forgiven him yet. Hopefully, we can talk about it and make up. 

"How are you feeling right now?"

"Umm... a little nervous. I haven't seen him in so long."

"Tch, he's your boyfriend. It's okay to be nervous but don't let that take over you. When you see him, say what you want to say and then simply wait to see how he feels."

"But I don't know what he is going to say."

"Don't worry about that now." He assured me. 

 I looked at him and gave him a small smile. We reached the MP in no time. I felt my hands get sweaty and my heart started beating fast. I still had no idea what to say. Did he even want to see me? Am I even ready to see him? We stepped closer into the entrance gate of the MP and I stopped in my tracks. There he was, standing with 2 other people, a male and a female. They're probably his friends in the MP. I attempted to call out to him to get his attention but before I could open my mouth, he suddenly turned around and saw me. Both of our eyes widen at the same time as we stared at each other without doing anything. After a few minutes, he ran towards me and pulled me into a tight hug. I hugged him back before pulling him off me.

"Y/n, I... you..... how....how are you here? Why are you here?" Jean asked me, clearly confused as fuck.

"Did you expect us to not talk at all after that fight? We're still a couple after all." I reply coldly with my arms folded. "I figured I give you some time before coming to talk to you again."

He looked at me while touching his ears. He always did this when he was embarrassed was nervous. "Do you have anything to say to me, Jean? Or should I leave?"

"No, no. Don't leave. I just haven't seen you in so long and in these times, I missed you so much. I wanted to sneak out to see you but the rules here are strict and I can't leave. I hope you can forgive me for everything that happened that day. I never meant to make you sad or mad. I promise I won't do that again. I'm sorry, y/n." He said, while holding my hands in his. I sighed and decided that this apology was acceptable.

"I forgive you, Jean. Truth is, I missed you too. I already forgave you a while back. I just came here because I wanted to see you, not because I was actually mad at you."

He smiled and pulled me into another hug. "Don't worry, y/n. I'll never make you upset again." He assured me. We pulled away and just looked at each other.

"Who's this Jean?" A voice suddenly said. I cocked my head to the side to see the same male and female that was talking to Jean before. Her hands were folded as she walked toward us, while giving me a nasty look. She looked so punchable. But the male next to her seemed more friendly and kind as he had smile on his face.

"Oh y/n, let me introduce you to my friends. This is Marlow, and this is Hitch." Jean said while pointing to them.

So her name is Hitch, huh?

"And guys, this is my girlfriend, y/n." Jean says.

"Hi y/n, it's nice to meet you." Marlow greeted.

"Nice to mee you too, Marlow."

"Nice to meet you, too, y/n is it?" Hitch said in a mocking tone.

"Likewise." I gave her a small smile and then looked away. I noticed that it was getting darker and that we should go back. "Well, it's getting dark and I have to go back now. It was nice meeting you guys." I say while giving them a small wave. They waved back and then headed towards the gate. Jean stayed back and gave me a kiss on my lips before he headed back as well. Before completely going in, he turned to give me one last glance and smiled at me. Gosh, he's so cute. I turned around to look for Captain Levi. I spotted him leaning against the wall with his eyes closed. I smiled and walked toward him. I lightly tap his shoulder and he react by opening his eyes to look at me. "Done, brat?"
