Soulmate AU: Lobby (Fluff)

The guys are alive in this, it's 2020 and Willie is also alive

In this world everyone has a tattoo on their wrists and soulmates have the same two, three or more. These tattoos matched the personality of the people that have them and can be really simple like a heart or really intricate like a caste with roses and forest in the background.

Bobby always wondered what his tattoo meant, it was two guitars in front and a sunset in the back. He played guitar so that made sense, but there was also that second guitar and the sunset. Did the other person also play guitar? Will they meet at a sunset or is the sunset a symbol for something?

One night that was about to change. The day started out normal he studied, hung out with some friends and then went to his favorite café in the evening. Some nights people would perform there and Bobby enjoyed listening to them while eating or drinking. Little did he know that on of those performers would be his soulmate.

Were sunset curve, A brunette who Bobby thought was quite attractive introduced the band. Tell your friend, a guy in a leather jacket told the crowd wining at them.

They started playing a song called late last night. Bobby thought it sounded beautiful and their voices sounded angelic, well if angels sang rock. It was honestly the best thing he had heard in the café and the crowd was having an amazing time too.

But then in the middle of the song the brunette guy wiped his hair out of this face while singing exposing his tattoo. Bobby froze it matched his exactly, now he finally understood why there was a sunset. A guy this talented is my soulmate, he though.

After a few moments he got out of his freeze and just enjoyed the rest of the song. If that guy was his soulmate, he wouldnt be rude to him, right?

When they finished playing the brunette announced something that made Bobby excited, it raised his chances to talk to the guy by a lot. "That was it for tonight!", he exclaimed, "but before we leave, we're searching for a rhythm-guitarist, so if you are one, feel free to come up to us after the Show"

So thats what Bobby did. He strutted over to the band who had their backs turned to him and tapped the brunette one on the shoulder who immediately turned around.

"Yes?", he asked. "Uh, hey", Bobby awkwardly started, "I just wanted to- well I was going to ask- I-" The guys chuckled, it weren't mean chuckles, they were rather kind actually. "No need to be nervous", the blonde haired one told him. "Yeah, we're just normal guys", the black haired one added.

Bobby took a deep breath. Much better. "I wanted to ask if I could join your band, I'm a rhythm guitarist", he told them. "Sound awesome", the black and brunette ones cheered. "Yeah, let's just meet up sometime and play something", the blonde one told him.

"Sounds great", Bobby agreed. There was a short silence the the brunette one spoke, "I'm Luke by the way and this is-". "Reggie, I'm Reggie, hey", the black-haired guy who he had pointed at spoke. "And this is-", Luke continued. "Alex", the blonde on introduced himself.

"My name's Bobby", Bobby told them. "Cool, cool, cool", Luke said. "Uh- until next time then", Bobby said awkwardly turning away, but then he decided this wasn't it and turned back around.

"Actually there is one more thing", Bobby confessed. "What is it?", Luke asked. Bobby just held up his arm showing the band especially Luke his wrist with the tattoo.

Luke blushed and asked: "Are you my-" "Your soulmate? I think so", bobby cut in, "I hope your not disappointed" Luke smiled. "No, why would I be?", he asked. "Well because you are really amazing, talented, hot and you have an amazing voice and I'm just me", Bobby ranted.

Hey, hey - as much as I love the compliments, I'm sure I'm not better than you", Luke insured Bobby, "you're you and that's why you're my soulmate"

They both blushed. "Aww, you're so cuute", Reggie squealed. "Not as cute as me and Willie", Alex mumbled, but Luke heard and exclaimed, "We'll be cuter!"

"Sure, we will", Bobby chuckled, "but let's get closer first, okay?" Luke looked back at him and said, "Of course, I don't want to pressure you, sorry if I did"

"You didn't", Bobby promised, "but let's take it slow" Luke chuckled. "Yes sir", he laughed but clearly meant it.

The four hung out for that evening and all slept over at Bobby's which was closest. The next day Bobby joined the band and a couple moth later Lobby as Reggie called them officially started dating.
