Finn and Rachel went back to McKinley with Bud one last time before leaving for New York. This time, everyone was there, including the alumni. "You guys, it's so great to see you!" Rachel exclaimed.
"Congratulations Rach!" Quinn said. Rachel looked at Finn.
"I told everyone I was proposing, and they all wanted to be here." He shrugged. She kissed him, then went to talk to her friends.
After a little while, Puck came in. No one had told him about the proposal or Finn, as they wanted it to be a surprise. And it was. "Hey guys, sorry I'm late......" He trailed off when he saw Finn. Puck stared at him for a minute, and then went over to him and embraced him. Kurt thought he saw tears in Puck's eyes. "Wha-how?" Puck stammered.
So Finn told him the whole story, in which Puck was angry, confused, and delighted all at once. "I'm so glad you're here." Puck said.
"Me too buddy. Me too."
"Oh, and also...." Rachel said. Holding out her hand so he could see the ring.
"Engaged?! That's amazing, I knew you guys were endgame!"
Finn and Rachel laughed. "Momma, daddy?" Bud asked.
"Yeah, sweetie?" Rachel asked.
"I love you!"
At that, everyone hugged the happy family.
