Up on Melancholy Hill,

Isabella clasped her hands together, "And you two are next. Our deal is officially over, as of right now." [Name] turned around with wide eyes.
"What?" [Name] murmured.
Ray roared, "Your joking! Come on! How can you say you don't need us? We were helpful to you, right?" He paused for a brief moment, thinking deeply. "You were using us! So you can stay in the shadows, and control them indirectly!"
Isabella kept a firm smile on her face, "Precisely."
"We were doing a good job." [Name] said in defeat, "To you we're..."
"Yes," Isabella spoke up again, "You were quite the useful dogs. That's why I kept you by my side." Isabella bent over to directly face the two. [Name] stared at the floor while Ray stared at her straight in the eye. "Despite the fact that you two were liars and traitors." Both kids gasped at that comment.
Isabella stood back up, with that same shameful smile.
"We could still be of use to you though!" Ray began to tell again. "It's a non-issue." Ray began to go into a coughing fit out of no where, presumably from all the yelling he was doing.
"Yes, it's true there's no fault with you. I know that it's unfair. It affects me as well. Initially, I had planned to keep you around 'till the very end of all this."
"That doesn't-!"
"But unfortunately, the situation has changed. I'll be controlling them on my own from now own. I'm sorry, you two. I hope you can forgive me for what I'm about to do."
The fists that stayed beside [Name] trembled as her grip increased out of despair. [Name] gave in and tried to run her way out of the room, until Isabella stopped her with her free arm on her stomach. Ray followed and grabbed onto Isabella tightly, trying hard not to let go. Isabella grabbed him by the collar and tossed him backward. She pushed [Name] onto the floor as well, using the arm that was holding her back.
Despite the fact that [Name] had hit her head hard on the wooden floor, she immediately got up and started banging on the door, that was slammed shut right in her face.
"Mom? Mom!"
"Just stay in there for a while." Her voice was heard from outside of the room. Ray quickly got up as well.
"I'll be sure to let you out when I'm back." Ray began to slam his fists onto the door as well.
"Now then, based on the speed of the two signals, it must be Emma and Norman. So they're running through the forest heading for the fence. I assume to inspect it. By the way, I'm not the least bit worried about the poison. I know that you'll protect me. For their sake, you won't get me killed, is that right? That's why when you tried to suppress me, I know you'll use a different method. Goodbye Ray. Goodbye [Name]. Thank you for all that you've done for me."
