"Yeah they are"
"And I've been living that crappy house for how long?"
"Well I mean it's not like your dad couldn't tell you, it would just be safer if you stayed out of it"
"Wow and now I have so many questions for him, but I guess I'll never know"
"Speaking of what are you gonna do with his body?" Josh asked
"Well I'm pretty sure he's in one of those hospital fridges and I'm still kinda missing so yeah"

I ran to his room and slammed the door behind me
"Nessa I'm sorry" Josh said on the other side of the door

I was laying on his bed staring at the ceiling, it was a lot to handle, at one point I was happy to see my dad and the next thing I know is that he's murdered and had this secret job that I didn't know about
"Nessa can I come in now" Josh asked
"Sure whatever" I said
He opened the door slowly and laid next to me
"There's more" he said
"Really?"
"Yeah there's gonna be an auction for the gemstones this Friday"
"This Friday!?" I said sitting up and he did the same
"Yeah sorry you don't have to be there if you don't want to I know it's a lot to handle"
"Wait before I answer what about you dad, don't you want to go talk to him?"
"I never want to see his face again, he hurt you and that's unforgivable"
"Ok I'll come to the auction"
"Great it's back in L.A and I have a flight ready for us along with Mads and Jaden in 30 minutes"
"Speaking of, Mads just texted me that their outside" I said
"Ok let's go"
We got our stuff, Josh explained to Mads and Jaden what was going on but it seemed like they already knew, and now we're on our way back to L.A
Once we got there we got a lot of weird stares from people
"It's ok just ignore them" Josh whispered to me as we walked out the airport
We got in a limo and the driver brought us to Josh's house, we got in and sat in the living room
"Ok so here's the plan, we go to school even if it's gonna be a little awkward, and once Friday comes we get up early and I'll go to my dads office to get the gems, and after that we go to the auction, get set up, and start it" Josh stated
"Ok but what am I gonna wear?" I asked
"We have outfits for you and Mads" Jaden said
"Ooh can we see them" Mads asked
"Yeah sure there over here" Josh said getting up and walking other to the closet next to front door
