*In Miami*
"Omg this place is so pretty" I said looking out the airport windows
"I know right" Mads said back
"Oh look our Ubers here" I noticed
We put our suitcases in the trunk and the driver started driving us to Katy's house

We got out the car and I rang the doorbell
A woman with dark brown hair with a few gray streaks and a warm smile answered
"Hi, how can I help you?"
"Uh, are you the mother of Josh Richards?" I said
He expression changed to a very worried look
"Who's asking?" she said in a deeper voice
"I'm Josh's girlfriend and for a Christmas surprise I was going to bring you to him"
"Wow, you came all the way from California to bring me to him, you must be a really good girlfriend"
"Yeah so will you come?"
"Of course, but will his dad be there?"
"No he's on a trip with my dad"
"Wait are you Nessa Barrett?"
"Yes"
"Oh, I'm sorry about your mom"
"It's ok it happened a long time ago"
"So do you guys wanna come I noticed you have some lugging?"
"Yeah we thought it might've taken a while to convince you to come" I said while Mads and I were coming in
"Ok, well there's a guest bedroom downstairs that you girls can use"
"Thanks" Mads and I said walking downstairs to the room
Josh's POV
It was pretty boring spending today without Nessa. Now I'm realizing how much time I actually spend with her
I checked her location even though I know where she is, but I guess I was wrong. It says that she's in Miami
Why is she in Miami? Ours dads are in New York?
I called Jaden over to see if he knew about this
"Hey Jay, did Mads tell you where she was going today?" I asked him
"Yeah she said that she was going to Nessa's dad with her in New York"
"Well then check her location because on my phone it says that Nessa's in Miami"
"Oh my gosh it says she's in Miami too!"
"This is weird, I'm calling her"
Nessa's POV
Mads and I were making jokes on the bed until Josh called me
"Nessa where are you!?"
