TW! small mentions of suicide & self harm

"Fine, we're over then."

The morning after Davina had visited her mom, James and Lily, she was down in the common room very early with Hermione, who she had already informed about the events of the previous nights. Davina's mind was filled with thoughts. Mainly about Harry. At the moment, she truly hated him.

His words from the previous day had hurt her. Really hurt her. Out of all people, Davina had expected Harry to be there the most for her when she needed it the most. Yes, Harry had comforted her the night she first self harmed. He had held her and been there.

Still, he didn't have the right to mention the cuts on her wrists like they were nothing. He had pretended like there was no good reason Davina had made them.

Davina knew that there were other solutions for her problems. Harry was right, talking would be better. Still, the pain of the cutting was comforting to Davina and he would not be able to understand that.

"Morning." The voice of Ron sounded from behind the couch Davina sat on. Without looking over her shoulder, Davina replied: "Morning."

Her redhead friend sat down next to Hermione, who let her legs rest on Ron's lap.

Davina felt the couch slightly moving next to her and from the corner of her eye, she saw how Harry was the one sitting down next to her. He kept a bit of distance and hesitatingly said: "Good morning Davie."

The decision to ignore Harry completely by staying silent was quickly made by Davina. She didn't even look at him and turned her attention to Ron instead. Harry would only empty her social battery.

"I heard about your mom." Ron said. "Are you ok?"

Davina knew it was best not to lie, so she just told the truth: "I don't know, not really."

The looks on the faces of Hermione and Ron were full of pity and regret for the girl.

"But I know I can bring her back, you know. It will be alright." Davina stated, but something inside of her told her that it really wasn't going go be so easy.

She was right, this wasn't going to get easy.

The Quartet made their way out of the common room after some light chatting, Davina still ignoring Harry of course. However, before the four of them could reach breakfast, Davina was pulled inside of a broom closet.

"We need to talk." Harry announced and Davina just simply didn't say anything, waiting for him to go on.

After taking a deep breath, Harry began talking: "I'm sorry for everything I said yesterday. I didn't mean it to come out in such a rude way."

A scoff came from Davina. "You didn't mean for it to sound so rude? So you did mean every word you said then?"

Harry quickly shook his head. "No no, Davie that's no-."

He didn't have the chance to finish his sentence as Davina already started talking again: "No. You said all of these words, you wouldn't say any of them if there wasn't a truth in them."

Harry opened his mouth but Davina continued: "I know that I'm not the perfect girlfriend. I know that I can be really fucking annoying sometimes and I know that I am the most problematic person you have to deal with in your life, other than yourself maybe."
