It was finally christmas eve. The night of the Yule Ball. Davina and Hermione were getting ready in their dorm together. Hermione was doing the make-up of the girls, Davina was doing their hair.
The two of them were quite nervous to meet their dates. Because they were both going to the ball with a champion, they were supposed to open the ball with a dance for only the champions and their dates.
Hermione knew Davina was still disappointed she wasn't going with Harry, so she decided to give her a beautiful make-up look: Hermione did Davina's eyebrows. She used some concealer, blush and a bit of highlighter. For the eyes, Hermione did a look with gold sparkles. She put on some mascara and on Davina's lips, she used a pink, glittery gloss.
After Hermione did Davina's make-up, Davina started doing her hair. She put it in a low bun and let some strands of hair hanging at the front. When it was done, Davina put in some golden earrings with daisies on them since daisies were her favorite flowers. Then, Davina put on her dress and shoes and showed it to Hermione, who was already starting to do her own make-up.
